Chapter 1099: Fightning Monarch

Any of these five monarch spirits was much stronger than the Huangting Clan's monarch spirit. Each and every spirit had their own specialty. Even Zhong Yue, who was said to be the strongest of his generation, was just like a baby carrot when compared to these monarchs who suppressed everyone during their reigns.

At the back, the other four monarch spirits were rus.h.i.+ng in to form an encirclement. But suddenly, the dimensions around the ancient s.h.i.+p started rippling and expanding.

The fifth monarch spirit exclaimed softly in surprise. He reached a hand toward the ancient s.h.i.+p and saw the s.h.i.+p flying toward his palm. Then, just seconds before it reached his hand, the ancient s.h.i.+p rammed through the layers of dimensions and entered the Void World.

“Don't move!” Mo Yin quickly shouted.

But the fifth monarch spirit had already lunged out and entered the Void World. Mo Yin's face changed drastically and he sighed, “King Yi has escaped…”

Pan Ji was puzzled at his statement. And suddenly, the ancient s.h.i.+p reappeared again, it warped and sailed out of the Dark Domain. Whereas on the back, the fifth monarch spirit was chasing closely behind but was a fine line away from catching the ancient s.h.i.+p.

The ancient s.h.i.+p sailed in the layers of dimensions evading the five monarch spirits. When the fifth monarch spirit chased after it in the Void World, an opening was made as he no longer blocked the Dark Domain's pathway. In the attainments of s.p.a.ce, Zhong Yue didn't dare to say he was the best to have ever existed in the universe. But he could safely claim that he was better than the Panhu monarchs. As long as the fifth monarch spirit left his spot, Zhong Yue would be able to seize that fleeting chance!

Behind, five monarch spirits were in their four-legged dragon body Panhu form. They were galloping as they chased after the ancient s.h.i.+p. But as long as it had escaped from the encirclement, they would not be able to catch up to its speed anymore.

Zhong Yue's facial expression was changing continuously and suddenly, he leaped out of the thousand winged ancient s.h.i.+p. He said quickly, “I must bring that Panhu lady. Darlings, leave first without me!”

The ladies were enraged, “You really have something going on with that Panhu lady! You want to bring her with us!?”

Just as Yin Fanxuan and Jin Hexi were about to rush out of the s.h.i.+p, Zhong Yue dipped a finger on his forehead and shouted, “[Immortal Divine Psyche]! Speed——!”

The ancient s.h.i.+p then immediately bolted out toward the Heaven Breaching Fortress.

Zhong Yue turned around and saw the five Panhu monarch spirits coming at him. His body swayed and seven light wheels revolved behind his head while he suddenly disappeared from the scene.

Mo Yin, Consort Tian Si, and the rest were shocked. No one would be able to stop Zhong Yue if he intended to leave. The heavenly eyes opened on the five monarch spirits and the divine lights cut through the layers of dimensions. They were searching around for Zhong Yue's position.

Although far inferior to the f.u.xi's divine third eye, the Panhu Clan's divine third eye wasn't a joke either. Under their gazes, the layers of dimensions turned transparent and were clearly seen.

“Not here?”

The five monarch spirits exclaimed in surprise and spread out in different directions. They were searching around with the divine third eyes and even descended on the planets, trying to see if Zhong Yue was hiding in those planets.

Suddenly, one of the monarch spirits unintentionally looked into the Void World and smiled, “So you are here in the Void World.”

The other monarchs looked up into the Void World and were all feeling surprised, they laughed, “What a naughty child, he is actually hiding in our caves. Fine, let's handle him in the Void World.”

The five monarch spirits flew up and entered the Void World. Just as they entered, bizarre-looking monsters that looked like heads full of limbs and faces swarmed at them!

“What happened in the Void World during our slumber? Where did the monsters come from?”

The five monarch spirits were shocked and quickly warded off the monsters. The Soul Eating Beasts had no physical bodies, they were made of pure spirits. The faces were not theirs either. Those faces belonged to the spirits they devoured.

The Soul Eating Beasts were incredibly strong and outnumbered them. The five monarch spirits were still able to hold their ground initially, but when more Soul Eating Beasts were swarming in, they were soon outnumbered!

“They are siphoning our powers of wors.h.i.+p!” One of the Panhu monarch spirits shouted in horror.

“They are taking away the powers of wors.h.i.+ps from our descendants!” Another Panhu monarch spirit shouted.

“When did the Void World have these monsters!?”

In the midst of the chaos, a Soul Eating Beast suddenly detached itself from the crowd and rushed out. Then, it turned back into King Yi and flew out of the Void World!

“This little brat!”

The five Panhu monarch spirits were shocked and angered. They lashed out their skills and tried to rush out of the Soul Eating Beasts' encirclement. But the Soul Eating Beats were too many, it would take some time for them to escape the encirclement.

Zhong Yue heaved a breath as he left the five monarch spirits behind. He sneaked into the layers of dimensions and brought himself close to a Panhu young lady.

“So similar, so alike…”

Zhong Yue looked at the young lady through the dimensions in awe. He couldn't help but praise at the wonders of the universe. There really was a lady that looked the same in this universe!

The Panhu young lady was still oblivious to the happenings around her while suddenly, the Panhu Deity Emperors and Creators sniffed and an elder shouted, “Not good, King Yi is nearby!”

As he finished saying, a huge hand reached out from the dimensions and s.n.a.t.c.hed the young lady out from the Panhu experts!

The Deity Emperors and Creators quickly dashed forward but the huge hand had already disappeared with the young lady in hand. Their attacks fell into blank s.p.a.ce.

“Cast the monarch weapon!” Pan Ji dashed forward and he shouted.

Four Panhu monarch weapons flew up to midair. There was another monarch weapon that was left in the State of Heavenly River to prevent any ambush to their homeland.

The four monarch weapons rammed into the void and trembled the dimensions. Zhong Yue's eyes grew cold, his one hand was holding on the Panhu young lady while the other hand dipped a finger on his forehead, he shouted softly, “Cast!”

The Innate Divine Saber flew out and slashed at the incoming monarch weapons. As the two weapons collided, a wave of terrifying energy swept across the scene. Zhong Yue m.u.f.fled a deep groan as blood trickled out from the corner of his mouth. He protected the woman in his arms as they were sent flying away by the shockwave.

Zhong Yue coughed out a mouthful of blood. He returned the Innate Divine Saber and slashed towards the back. The dimensions were slashed apart and he cut himself away from the monarch weapons' senses!

Zhong Yue warped out away while the lady in his arms could feel some waters dropping onto her face. She looked up and found out it was actually the blood trickling down from Zhong Yue's mouth. She was shocked and terrified, thinking to herself, Why is he kidnapping me? And why is he protecting me?

All of a sudden, the dimensions before them cracked and a Panhu monarch spirit descended from the Void World. His aura was weak, probably the aftermath of the battle with the Soul Eating Beasts. The beasts must have devoured most of his energy, leaving him only a little time in the real world.

Zhong Yue's eyes grew cold, he shouted, “Senior from the Panhu Clan, we are both from the sovereign races, so why the relentlessness? Spare me today, and we can still remain allies in the future!”

The Panhu monarch spirit smiled, “You are a f.u.xi, yes? I was a Heavenly Monarch just like your ancestors in the Earth Order Era. We and the f.u.xi Clan were allies before. But times changed, things were not what they used to be before. A drenched phoenix is no better than a proud chicken. Little Dao friend, for we were allies, I will not corner you. Give yourself up, I will not touch a single hair of yours.”

Zhong Yue tossed the Panhu lady into his Yuan Shen secret realms and cast out the saber. He laughed loudly, “Give myself up? Senior, have you ever seen a f.u.xi surrendering?”

Saint fire burst out of his body, it was the powers of the fire spirits. He forced his atman into the level of the Imperial Emperors!

“Spirits of the Fire Order Era?” The Panhu monarch spirit frowned softly, he said, “Then, let's make a deal. If you can block three strikes from me and not die, I will let you go.”

“Great Six Paths Reincarnation!” Zhong Yue roared ad his body swayed. Time and s.p.a.ce changed around them. Ghost fires filled the surroundings and huge light wheels like bridges were attracting the dead souls toward them!

Whereas Zhong Yue was like a Ghost Monarch, the master of boundless powers in this universe.

“Oh? You have trapped the dead souls in your Reincarnation and bestowed yourself with the powers of a monarch. Interesting!”

The Panhu monarch spirit was surprised, he looked at the bridges and saw the dead souls walking on them towards the Reincarnation.

The monarch spirit strode forward with a smile on his face, “There's two more.”
