Chi Xue stood up and walked into the circle of G.o.dly soils, scanning the ground and air but to no avail.

“Innate Golden Eye, open!” Chi Xue mumbled, and her divine eyes emerged on her forehead. However, even the young lady with her divine eye shook her head moments later and said, “I see nothing.”

“Divine third eye!” Zhong Yue mumbled and he looked around, he saw nothing odd as well.

Suddenly, Chi Xue said, “Divine third eye? If you have a third eye, doesn't it mean you have a divine first eye and divine second eye? Why don't you use all and look at it? You might be able to see anything.”

Zhong Yue shook his head and replied, “I've only awakened the divine third eye, the first and second are yet to … wait, I might be able to cast them out temporarily…”

The divine first eye was in his left eye and the second on his right, both were unresponsive and had yet to reveal  signs of awakening. Even after Zhong Yue cultivated the sun and moon pupils, fusing them with his eyes, they only had improved his eyes but still doesn't trigger anything on the divine eyes.

But now, he suddenly had an idea, he took out the divine herb Angelica and sliced a root from it. The divine herb then cried in pain and Zhong Yue quickly offered compensations to it, “I will give you more soil.”

Immediately, the divine herb stopped crying and returned to his Yuan Shen secret realms in high spirits.

Zhong Yue consumed the Angelica root, and his blood essence burst out through the sky, the divine herb's medicinal effect then started to compress his blood essence and refine the f.u.xi blood in his body!

He then opened all three eyes together, his vision was blurrier than before and although the G.o.dly were still the G.o.dly soils, he could clearly tell what was in front of him. It was vague, faint, and imperceptible, huge and tall like a tree, while emanating a very warm sensation.

Beneath the tree was an altar, and above them were the leaves and branches. Its tree crown glimmered in G.o.dly rays and covered the whole sky.

A path extended from the altar out to him and away. The pathway was hidden in another dimension and was composed of totem patterns that were blurred in mystery.

Zhong Yue took a step forward but his legs just phazed through the ground.

With the three divine eyes, he saw the pathway right in front of him but couldn't walk on it.

“Um… Angelica, can I have more… more of your roots…”, Zhong Yue stammered as he asked.

“More soil!” the divine herb bargained.

Zhong Yue quickly agreed and the other divine herbs could only stare at their friend at Angelica with envious eyes. Zhong Yue consumed the Angelica roots, and his eyes flared out. The left eye turned into a blazing sun, with the sunfire burning in it, while his right eye brightened up like a round moon, with the icy-cold moonlights flowing in it.

Three G.o.dly rays were shot out from his divine eyes, the pathway before him turned clearer as if it was coming into realization!

Zhong Yue then took another step, and this time, he was able to walk onto the hidden path in the other dimension.

An ear deafening sound of explosion blasted in his ears. Everything else, including Chi Xue and the Peach Garden, disappeared from his vision, and all he could see around him now was the endless darkness and a jade stair which connected to an altar in mid-air where the mother tree grew on.

Zhong Yue calmed his thoughts, and he walked onto the jade stair and reached for the altar.

While in the Peach Garden, Chi Xue's eyes flared out, and her jaws dropped on the ground, she couldn't even collect her thoughts from the fact that Zhong Yue had just disappeared!

She tried stepping forward like Zhong Yue did, but there was nothing at all. Her heart then pounded in shock as she thought, What is this? Is his divine eye really stronger than my Innate Golden Eye?
