Life pa.s.sed by very fast like this. Achilles and Locks were leaving Elite Academy X and Roland Garros at last.

They had turned their sights to somewhere else immediately with their harvest of glory and hope.

The farewell party was very lively. Lie Xin’s fan club was there as well. The handsome and fierce G.o.ddess had a huge fan base in Saruman Snake. She was the pride of her female compatriots.

A few devout fans of Lie Xin presented a huge bouquet of roses to her. They were the representatives of Lie Xin’s fanclub. Lie Xin smiled wholeheartedly. She suddenly leapt onto the table and raised her cup with liquor in it. “Thank you, everyone. I would like to give this toast to you to thank you for your continued support.”

“Saruman Snake is suddenly losing two formidable members. Will there be any problems? It seemed like the Tyrannical Clash of Kings would continue.”

The fans chatted about the future of the Saruman Snake battle team as they drank. Only, no one mentioned the direction of w.a.n.g Zheng. He would always be the spiritual leader of the Saruman Snake battle team. No one would feel anything weird even if he didn’t partic.i.p.ate in future battles. No newcomer would ever be able to surpa.s.s him in his battle ability.

After the first round of alcohol, most of the fans got their signatures and bade them farewell.

“We’ll enjoy tonight! w.a.n.g Zheng, I’m honoring you with this toast. Thank you for pulling me into the team.” Achilles lifted his cup. It was a rare sight, seeing the usual gentlemanly Achilles letting himself loose.

Achilles believed that w.a.n.g Zheng understood him even though that was all he said.

He was Achilles, the successor of Heavenly King from the Moon. He was himself. He was very happy throughout this whole period. They were all pals, friends, and comrades.

They would never forget the precious memories, forever etched in their hearts.

As for the future…

“Drink up.” w.a.n.g Zheng downed a gla.s.s and hugged Achilles’ shoulders. There was no need for any more conversation. There was also no need to think about anything. They enjoyed themselves in the moment.

Lie Xin walked over and smiled. “The future is uncertain. Perhaps we might fight alongside again. w.a.n.g Zheng, you have to drink three cups with me.”

w.a.n.g Zheng smiled. “As much as you want. Why three cups though, you have to give me a reason for each.”

“First cup — I’m a beauty. Would you drink to that?”

“Definitely.” w.a.n.g Zheng agreed and downed the cup.

“Second cup — I fancy you!”

“Continue.” Women didn’t need to be reasonable. w.a.n.g Zheng drank again.

“Third cup — A beauty who fancies you but whom you don’t fancy back. Don’t you think you need to drink another cup?” The Martians were bold by nature, and they were parting soon anyway. The place roared with Zhang Shan leading them!

Yan Xiaosu and Ye Zisu clapped vigorously as well. They understood such a feeling as well.

w.a.n.g Zheng gulped it all down and gave Lie Xin a huge, brotherly embrace. An uproar ensued once again.

Lie Xin got more than she could hope for. She had to leave in the end anyway, it was part and parcel of life. The period of comrades.h.i.+p would accompany her wherever she went.

Ye Zisu walked up towards Lie Xin and requested, “Big Sister Xin, let’s drink.”

Lie Xin glanced at her with clear trepidation. “I’ll put you under my care if you ever come to Mars because you addressed me as ‘Big Sister!’”

Lie Xin and Achilles would no longer be students after today. They had to be more mature and sophisticated. They had to fight for their families and themselves. Their lives would not be as pure and simple like when they were on campus. However, they had friends and would remember everything good!

Mu Zhen held a huge bowl filled with liquor and downed it in front of Achilles.

Achilles smiled. He s.n.a.t.c.hed the bowl over and drank. He didn’t hold back.

“Mu Zhen, come to the Moon if you have the opportunity to.”

“Definitely.” Mu Zhen smiled happily. They were brothers when they were together. They didn’t feel it previously, but Mu Zhen’s smile was filled with sadness now that they were going to be separated. Achilles patted Mu Zhen on the back. He wasn’t a man of many words, so many words were hidden in his heart.

Zhang Shan, who had a smile on his face throughout the session, had it frozen now. There was a sense of sourness in his heart. “Drink up! Achilles, you’ll do well on the Moon!”

“Saruman Snake is in your hands now. Don’t make us lose face. If you do, I’ll fly here from the Moon to kick your a.s.s!”

“Haha, who am I? I’m Zhang Shan, the invincible! Bottoms up!”

“Bottoms up!”

Everyone was drunk in the merry of the night. They let loose and let the alcohol flow freely through their veins without restraint.

They needed the stupor, this merrymaking, to face the imminent parting of ways.

“Live on, no matter whether we’ll be friends or foes in the future!”

“w.a.n.g Zheng! You are too serious! It’s alright to let loose once in awhile!”

“Zhang Shan, don’t be so conceited. You can become a little stronger!”

“Mu Zhen, you are too kind, don’t trust others so easily…”

“Everyone, welcome to the Solar System.”

“Welcome to Mars.”

“Welcome to the Moon.”

Toward the end, everyone was drunk. Embrace joy and pleasure in every day of your life!

The departure of Achilles and Lie Xin was a huge blow to the Saruman Snake battle team. Everyone in the team slogged their guts out when they resumed their training.

The fresh recruits were rather strong. They were all here because of w.a.n.g Zheng.

w.a.n.g Zheng was as per usual. Anyone who joined them were teammates, comrades, and brothers. He didn’t hesitate to battle with them and use the Heaven-rank power that he had barely touched to guide them.

Battling with someone who was nearly at the Heaven-rank and being guided by the same person. That was sheer happiness to the whole team.

Of course, they were taken a notch down as well. They had always been amongst the elites and were even more so when they entered Elite Academy X. Arrogance was not something that could be stowed away at a moment’s notice. However, they were squeezed dry when they met w.a.n.g Zheng. w.a.n.g Zheng was also paving the way for Zhang Shan to take over. Zhang Shan was about to build a new team with such a huge change in blood. It was really hard, but Zhang Shan had never backed away from any challenge. Moreover, he had also became an Earth-rank warrior. Zhang Shan had more room for improvement in the future. They were still brothers now, and every single moment was precious to them.
