The first battle had already been a surprising performance. The next match was even more heavy-duty, because of the Asura team, ranked first.

Arbiters were really not the usual ‘crazy’. Against the Eagle team, who were putting in their best effort, Marzu had actually decided not to battle, and leave the team leaders.h.i.+p to Olivios alone.

Asura team was ranked first because of Marzu’s presence. He was a cla.s.sic Arbiter, but without the wild arrogance of Arbiters. Before Olivios entered Elite Academy, Marzu was one of the undisputed mains. But since Olivios entered Elite Academy, Marzu had suddenly become low profile. Besides the elite compet.i.tion, there was virtually no news of him. In fact it was Olivios who was basking in glory now. That the team name was Asura was rumored to be because of Marzu’s brother, although it seemed unlikely because of Arbiters’ personalities. Besides, the two did not seem to be very close.

Of course, this was all gossip. The important thing was ability. Olivios had always been proceeding smoothly. Added to the name of Arbiter, they were unstoppable, until once in training when Dynasty team had taken them down. This was also why Dynasty team had been suddenly seen in a better light.

“Dendi who? Never heard of him. Which rock crack did this one jump out of?”

“You’ve only been at Elite Academy for a year plus, you know s.h.i.+t. Dendi is a senior even more experienced than Marzu. Marzu and the rest only rose after the training phase.”

“This seems promising. Out of the eight teams, only Arbiter and Ma.n.a.lasuo have no external support. I want to see who’s fiercer.”

“If Marzu goes, I think Arbiter has the advantage. But with just Olivios, I favor Dendi a bit more.”

The school’s internal sentiment on the two teams was more reasoned.

Gold Wheel mech’s firepower was recently recognized. Not only Ma.n.a.lasuo, but other countries were also researching its uses. “Senior Dendi’s partic.i.p.ation is really something to lift the heart this time round as well. I’m leaning towards Ma.n.a.lasuo’s Eagle team. They’re mature and stable. Personal opinion, I’m really looking forward to Gold Wheel’s performance. This was once the shame of Malalas...o...b..t has now leapt to become a favorite in the galaxy. I’m antic.i.p.ating its battle power.”

Professor La Tu smiled. “The one who uncovered the subtle mysteries of the Gold Wheel is also at Elite Academy.”
