“w.a.n.g Zheng, look at the masterpiece we’ve made for you. We went through great pains in the process.”

Even Butcher could not resist milking the moment. A black mecha drew their eye. It was a deep black that held just a gleam of light. It gave one a cold, murderous aura. The entire mecha’s surface was covered in runes, like an Atlantean mecha, but even denser. w.a.n.g Zheng was also a mecha engineer himself, and had researched the runic mecha before. This mecha’s runes were clearly different. The runes were even more closely packed, and the mecha was a shade larger than the average fighter mecha. The entire hull had an oppressive feel, as though proud and aloof, a snide, disdainful feel to it. Just sitting there, the mecha would exude pressure on the opponent.

Butcher was very satisfied that w.a.n.g Zheng and the rest were satisfied. He had truly expended much of his energy on it, but wished that the lad w.a.n.g Zheng would use it well to achieve great deeds in the future.

Zhang Shan’s saliva was overflowing. He pounced over, fondling the mecha’s surface. “D*mn, d*mn, dayumm! This feel is the best!”

w.a.n.g Zheng quickly pulled Zhang Shan away. “Your saliva, stop spraying my fighting partner with it!”

“D*mn, don’t be like this. I’m just copping a feel, not like it’s a girl!” Zhang Shan grumbled. D*mn, as a fighter, if he could not obtain one of these, his life would be meaningless.

Lie Xin’s breath was taken away as well. They were all ace pilots. Lie Xin herself had used tens of mecha, but none could compare to the one in front of her.

Once one’s physical skills and Ability X reached a certain level, a mecha’s capabilities would become extremely deadly. Those like w.a.n.g Zheng and Olivios were examples. When the pilot’s abilities exceeded the amount that the mecha could withstand, they were unable to fully exert themselves. And Olivios could not match him on this point. His considerations centered around fighting, and tended out of habit to use the strongest possible moves to suppress the opponent. After all, he was strong. But the mecha had not been up to it.

But if one had such a super mecha, it was a completely different story. This runic mecha could definitely withstand any operation from the pilot. This was the best mecha.

Of course, the cost of creating such a mecha could easily outfit a squad of 100 people. The cost was astronomical.

“w.a.n.g Zheng, you know the basics of using it. It’s not too different from the Atlantean runic mechas. The key is that we’ve added material G. It doesn’t affect Ability X usage, but you must take special care as to the distribution of ability. When using the runic energy, a huge drain appears. Butcher laughed. “A runic mecha is customized, and you cannot use it. Unless w.a.n.g Zheng no longer uses it. Then we’ll change the starting sequence.”

Elite Academy X took the security of these runic mechas very seriously. Such super weapons could not be fooled around with.

Zhang Shan was dissatisfied. “Old Butcher, must you be so advanced. You’ve robbed my life of meaning, to put so much gimmick even in the c.o.c.kpit door.

F*ck, so much technology just on the door. D*mn, how would the other pilots feel, having to crawl into their own c.o.c.kpits?

Butcher laughed. “Super soldiers must be received like super soldiers. Don’t blab now. You work hard, and fight for your own in the future.”

“Ah! There’s still a chance?”

“But of course. As the runic technology matures, it will definitely spread among super soldiers. “Keke, runic mechas use the latest energy technology, and can support complete battles in the air, including s.p.a.ce situations. But the air battles and s.p.a.ce conditions require the pilot to adjust. Compared to specialized ground-based mechas, the mecha’s innate adaptability pales a little.” Butcher said.
