A look of fear flashed across w.a.n.g Yaning’s fac. “I came here because I saw a dark shadow squatting in the gra.s.s. It looked like a cat, but it seemed to be made out of some kind of gold metal. I thought that it could be the Holy Cat Statue, so I walked close to it to check… Then it suddenly turned its head and grinned at me savagely.”

The scary scene had been deeply imprinted in her mind. No matter how hard she tried, every time she thought about it, that kind of fear that originated from the bottom of her heart overwhelmed any kind of courage she had.

That kind of situation, to make an a.n.a.logy, was like when one was walking at night and they saw a long-haired, pretty woman in front of them. As they started to walk up to her to chat her up, she turned her head and revealed a face like Sadako…

Zhang Zian asked again, “Were there any special features on its face?”

“Yes!” w.a.n.g Yaning widened her eyes and said. “It was wearing a s.h.i.+ny gold ring on its nose!”
