Lou s.h.i.+'er and Holy Princess led their teams toward southeast while Lu Li followed them, keeping a distance. On the way, he was still contemplating how Blood Fairy solved the formations.

"The exit!"

After checking, not only had they found a gate in the hall, but a Teleportation Formation. Based on the records they read, this Teleportation Formation can take them out of the Tomb of King Luna.

"Treasures!"

A female disciple soon noticed three items placed on the ground when she came into the hall.

There was a sword, a green wand, and a grey hide scroll.

There was some faint light over the sword and the wand. Inside, there seemed to be some runes glistening. Clearly, those must be top-grade Relics, if not supreme Relics.

Lou s.h.i.+'er dashed over and put them away. "Holy Princess, you choose one." He said.

"Why just one?"

Some female disciples of the Palace of Snow Mountain mumbled but Holy Princess knew that Lou s.h.i.+'er wanted to save Lu Li one.

She did not refuse. "I will take the wand!"

Lou s.h.i.+'er gave it to her and put the other two items away without explaining anything. He glanced over others and said, "Holy Princess and I will teleport out. If you want to explore the other levels, you are welcome to do so. Whether you can survive and enjoy the glory will be up to your fate."

n.o.body dared to go further because the Tomb of King Luna was too dangerous. So many people had pa.s.sed away and there was even a possibility that they could be stuck in the illusion for a thousand years. Till now, none of the disciples could figure out how Lou s.h.i.+'er and Holy Princess solved the formations. The reason was that their memory related to Lu Li had been cleared out by Holy Princess.

"If no one is heading to the next level, then let us get into the portal and leave."

Lou s.h.i.+'er nodded to Holy Princess who stepped into the portal with disciples from the Palace of Snow Mountain. Amid flashes of white light, they disappeared from the hall one by one.

"Go ahead and wait for me outside!"

Lou s.h.i.+'er ordered those from the Pavilion of Misty Drizzle. The disciples were teleported out. When Lou s.h.i.+'er was alone, he took out the sword and the hide scroll. He did not read it but put it on the ground.

He crushed a jade talisman before he stepped into the portal and vanished.

A moment later, the hall glowed as Lu Li came inside. He soon noticed the hide scroll. Now, Lu Li had accepted Lou s.h.i.+'er as his friend completely.

No matter how many items there were in the hall, Lou s.h.i.+'er did not take them all. Lu Li did not know what kind of skills were recorded on the hide scroll. Even if it were the weakest ones, the action of leaving the scroll here was proof that Lou s.h.i.+'er was a kind man.

Lu Li walked over and put away the hide scroll. He was in no mood to read it at the moment. He just waited quietly for Lou s.h.i.+'er's signal.

Lou s.h.i.+'er noticed a middle-aged man at once. He was somewhat famous at southern Divinity, ranking top twenty thousand on the list. He was the representative of the Cabinet of Cloud and he was Ling Feidu's father.

Lou s.h.i.+'er was surprised when he saw the warriors next to Ling Hong. He was worried as well. Could the Cloaking Armor help Lu Li get away from them? Lu Li would not be able to leave here if he were noticed.

Lou s.h.i.+'er and Holy Princess looked at each other and they headed out toward the valley. The cave they were in was not s.p.a.cious. Warriors of Cabinet of Cloud were currently outside the cave.

Lou s.h.i.+'er walked in front of everyone else. When he noticed those from the Cabinet of Cloud had the cave in a siege, he put on a grim face and said to Ling Hong, "Patriarch Ling, lords, nice to meet you. But why are you surrounding this place and not letting us out?"

Ling Hong put on a straight face but there was sorrow in the depth of his eyes. The other patriarch said nothing. Ling Hong answered coldly after a moment, "You from the Lou Family, my son is dead!"

Lou s.h.i.+'er acted surprised and so did disciples from Pavilion of Misty Drizzle and Palace of Snow Mountain. They did not know that Ling Feidu was killed and some of their memory was wiped out, hence, the astonishment.

Holy Princess was a good actress. Her eyes opened wide in shock and her jaw dropped. Even so, she was still that enchanting beauty that she was.

Lou s.h.i.+'er clasped his hands. "Patriarch Ling, I am sorry for your loss. The Tomb of King Luna is full of dangers and we lost many people there as well. It is such a shame that Brother Feidu had pa.s.sed away in there when he was so young and talented."

Ling Hong pulled a long face. Murderous intent rose around him as he bellowed, "If Feidu died because of the Tomb of King Luna, I would not be here. Feidu… was murdered. I have brought people with me so that we can find the murderer and avenge my son."

Ling Hong's words surprised many people in the valley. Cabinet of Cloud sent over a team of hundreds and there were hundreds of others staying here for the drama. They had been discussing what was going on here. They had only found out now that Ling Feidu had been murdered.
