Patriarch of Law Enforcement just checked with psychic power. It was a scout that had been stationed at an entrance to the Eastern Land of Oceans. Patriarch of Law Enforcement was delighted to see him and asked instantly, "Is it about Grand Master?"

The scout dropped to one knee and said, "We have some updates. Grand Master is coming back. But… Grand Master seems to have pa.s.sed out and he is carried back by Patriarch Lei. Also… Grand Master's hair has turned white."

Patriarch of Law Enforcement had always been prudent. This time, though, he was alarmed. It was proof that Lu Li was important to him.

Lu Li was not only the Grand Master of the Demon-slaying City but the backbone of humans, a guardian. Should anything happen to Lu Li, the Demon-slaying City would fall and so would the human race.

"You stay here in the city. I will go with Patriarch Hu to come to Grand Master's aid. Get some herbs ready for me!"

Patriarch of Law Enforcement paced up and down outside the Hall of Patriarchs. Soon, he made up his mind. Patriarch Lei was fast. Still, it would take him a day or two to arrive. Worried that something might happen to Lu Li, Patriarch of Law Enforcement decided to go to him so that Lu Li could be treated as early as possible.

Patriarch Hu was one of the patriarchs that understood medicine. Under Patriarch of Law Enforcement's order, everyone sprang to work. Their warehouse was opened, and many elixirs were picked out. They were put into Interspatial Rings for Patriarch of Law Enforcement and Patriarch Hu.

"Patriarch--"

Before Patriarch of Law Enforcement set off came another scout who reported, "Patriarch of Law Enforcement, Patriarch Lei says that the Asmodian Lord is killed, and the Dragon Demon has surrendered. None of the Eastern Land of Oceans can compete with us. He asked several patriarchs to guard the entrances and asks you to mobilize an army to conquer the Eastern Land of Oceans."

They all agreed that this was a safer method. The rest of the patriarchs would stay in the Demon-slaying City to protect it.

Patriarch of Law Enforcement gives distinct orders. Then, he flew away with a group of patriarchs. Over 30 patriarchs left as fast as they could.

In a bit over a day, they met with Patriarch Lei. He and three other patriarchs came back with Lu Li, leaving the other five guard the entrances to the Eastern Land of Oceans, for fear that the Asmodians would destroy all the openings.

"Grand Master!"

Patriarch of Law Enforcement could see Patriarch Lei carrying Lu Li from the distance. Everyone cried out involuntarily. Lu Li was unconscious, barely hanging onto life.

To make it more appalling, Lu Li's black hair had turned white and his skin was wrinkled, like an old man. He had lost weight. Looking from afar, he appeared to be a man dying of old age.

If it were not for his bones and spirit, they would not believe that this skinny old man was Lu Li.

Lu Li was in his twenties and he had already reached the Human Sovereign Realm. He could enjoy three thousand years of life. For that life span, twenty years was his childhood. He should be at a sun-rising age. However, he appeared to be aged than all the others…

They all felt sorry to see Lu Li in this thin, old man state as if he had gained a hundred years of age.
