The patterns on the sh.e.l.ls lit up, emitting unspeakable energy. Bones of Tortoise hurled the sh.e.l.ls out. s.p.a.ce around them began to tremble. The trembling became more violent as time pa.s.sed by as if it was being contorted.

A few moments later, the trembling died down. Bones of Tortoise bowed to Lu Li and said, "Master, you can leave now."

Lu Li and Patriarch of Law Enforcement flew away. This time, they were not sent back to where they were. The three of them arrived at the mountains in the distance and then went outside.

"Finally, we made it out!"

Lu Li and Patriarch of Law Enforcement looked at each other—smiling. Patriarch of Law Enforcement felt a bit sorry. After all, it was him that stepped into the formation by mistake. Both of them might have died there because of him.

"So many beasts?"

Lu Li and Patriarch of Law Enforcement saw countless beasts. Their lips twitched. That being said, those were just weak beasts. They could handle ten times more of those beasts.

Lu Li put Patriarch of Law Enforcement into the Wicked Bead and pressed ahead with Bones of Tortoise. All the beasts were terrified by Lu Li and none dared to attack. After all, those beasts did not know that Lu Li was the human they were trying to kill. Besides, Bones of Tortoise was a Beast G.o.d.

The escape was easy. Lu Li then asked Bones of Tortoise, "Is there any suitable hide-out nearby?"

Bones of Tortoise had to think before he answered, "Three hundred thousand miles to the northwest is a secluded valley. But… I suppose the Shadow Bats will find you soon. When the Shadow Bats want someone found, they will be able to do so unless that someone leaves the Paleo-beast Realm."

"Those transparent bats?"

The Beast G.o.ds they had captured had come back to their senses. But they were bound by the Demon Trapping Chains and Patriarch of Law Enforcement was also there. He mauled the Beast G.o.ds that had woken up in case they were up to some monkey business.

"What should we do about these Beast G.o.ds?"

Previously, for fear that he might not leave the basin, Lu Li captured some Beast G.o.ds. But now that he had already escaped, those Beast G.o.ds were useless to him. Also, he could not take more soul slaves.

Bones of Tortoise answered with certainty and reverence, "Master of Silver Dragon has definitely reached the stage of Mythical Creature-to-be. As for Master of Ghost Face Spiders, I am not sure.
