Badges were rare items – even rarer than necklaces and rings.

In the end, it was Lonesome Flower who claimed victory. His Staff was already fairly decent, so he pa.s.sed it over to Jaweika. After this, the Boss dropped a Dark Gold equip, two Gold equips, three Silver equips, a skill book, a Synthetic Stone and a rare material.

This was a worthy bounty from the final Boss of a fifteen-man dungeon.

Lu Li had gained a lot from this run – equipment, skill points and a hefty amount of experience. He was still about 0.25% away from a level up and would most likely be able to hit level 53 by next week.

The other problem that he faced was still the level requirement stones.

Back when his t.i.tle was lower, it was easy for him to gain them through the arena. However, now that his t.i.tle was higher and was running into stronger players, it became more difficult for him to win battles efficiently. As such, this wasn’t a possible method either – he had to think of other ways.

In the Wild, there would be players guarding a treasure chest. Not only was the refresh slow, but he probably would have to go through plenty of fights for the chests.

Some guilds even had hundreds of guards watching over a treasure chest near its refresh time. After all, the risk for a treasure chest was much smaller than fighting a Boss and the profits were more consistent.

However, the Sunken s.h.i.+p was a different story. At this stage of the game, not many were willing to dive deep.

There were plenty of these sunken s.h.i.+ps around the seas of Azeroth and they shared a few things in common. One of the most obvious things was that these s.h.i.+ps were surrounded by monsters leveling 50 or above, in addition to elites, semi-Bosses and area Bosses blended in amongst them.

Some sunken s.h.i.+ps were still marked as deadly areas after two or three years of the game release.

Many had wanted to dive underwater to find treasure, but only a few managed to return safely.

It was impossible to ask healers to revive them when they died in a literal sea of monsters. They lost a significant amount of experience and also couldn’t pick up their equipment after it had been dropped.

As such, players began to lose interest in the sunken s.h.i.+ps.

Lu Li also knew of the dangers, but he had a greater advantage than the other players.

First of all, he was a Thief who could Stealth and had also learnt Empowerment: Stealth. Even though the effects would be reduced underwater, he was still a lot safe than the others.

The range of aggression for a player had a lot to with levels. If the players were lower-leveled than monsters, the aggression range would increase and vice versa. As such, Lu Li wouldn’t be detected by the level 50 monsters.

The last advantage was his memory.

He knew which s.h.i.+ps were dangerous and where the bosses were. Even though he didn’t know the area entirely, at least he didn’t have to risk his life exploring.

He first chose the sh.o.r.eline of the Darksh.o.r.e.

The Darksh.o.r.e was a slightly lower-leveled map, and compared to the surrounding sea regions, it was a fairly quiet place. The sunken s.h.i.+ps here were mostly shot down by the Night Elves in the second war, and there was a greater chance that the stones would drop.

Lu Li didn’t even need to look and he knew there would be players guarding a few sunken s.h.i.+ps near the sh.o.r.e.

One of the sunken s.h.i.+ps involved a quest. In his previous life when Lu Li obtained this quest, he was killed by a small guild. They suspected that Lu Li was there to steal their treasure chest.

It was the first time that Lu Li had fought in a PVP, so he wasn’t the best at it. All he could do was follow his instincts.

This time, he retuned to the same region as a famous player. Not only had he cured his sister’s sickness, but he also had plenty of money in his bank account and some businesses under his name.
