I had never expected that situation could devolve into such a mess when I first came to this country.

Thor asked in surprise.

"You've made magic tools going beyond common sense; the communication device has increased magicians, who can fly, and knights' strength a lot; and enhanced the overall strength of the world by unravelling the mystery of the magic stone. s.h.i.+n, stop kidding me. I don't think you have mastered the common sense since you have already achieved the foregoing accomplishments."  (Thor)

"That's the most surprising thing I have ever heard so far. Don't scare me, s.h.i.+n." (Thor)

"You are way out of line." (s.h.i.+n)

Why did this happen? They thought I was devoid of common sense, though I have spoken and acted with caution recently.

"Let's put this aside. s.h.i.+n, you don't have anything else to make, do you?" (Thor)

"I do." (s.h.i.+n)

"Really?" (Thor)

I had managed to open a store, and at the same time Bean's Workshop had become my exclusive workshop.

Although I had creative ideas, I failed to turn them into reality due to the turmoil.

"There's still some time before the wedding ceremony. I want to develop new magic tools during this period." (s.h.i.+n)

"Please do it with caution and avoid destroying the country's economy." (Thor)

"I've thought about that. I haven't started creating anything new, right?" (s.h.i.+n)

The war still hadn't ended;it would continue  until the devils surrounding the capital were subjugated.

As the head of state, Ekatarina had no time to preside over the wedding ceremony during the war, so August and Elly wouldn't get married till the war concluded.

When will the war end? Will the war end when we are promoted to a higher grade?

While I was thinking about the future, August asked me as if he had suddenly remembered something.

"We are approaching the end of the year?" (August)

"Yes." (s.h.i.+n)

"s.h.i.+n's birthday is just around the corner." (August)

"What?" (s.h.i.+n)

I had started concentrating on subjugating devils in demon territory when the summer vacation ended, completely forgetting about my birthday, and now Autumn was about to pa.s.s. 

My birthday was coming?

"When is everyone's birthday?" (s.h.i.+n)

I didn't know others' birthday except August's which was also the day of the ceremony of his selection as the crown prince.

"My birthday is at the end of the year." (Maria)

"So is mine. My birthday is very close to Maria's." (Cecily)

So Maria and Cecily's birthdays were just around the corner.

"My birthday is in the early spring. I've already had my birthday." (Alice)

"Me too, I was born in spring." (Rin)

To my surprise, Alice and Rin were older than me.

Both Thor and Julius also already had their birthdays.

"My birthday is close to New Year." (Tony)

"So is mine." (Yuri)

"And mine." (Olivia)

"My birthday is just around the corner." (Mark)

"My birthday is in spring." May said in an adorable voice.

"I had my birthday shortly after the summer vacation." (Elly)

"I haven't celebrated your birthdays yet."

As you didn't invite me.

"It is a special year. Because of the appearance of the devils, the war and the ma.s.s attack launched by them, we only invited our family to our birthday party. Even the n.o.bles were no exceptions."

Really? Because we were in the war era, they didn't invite others to their birthday parties?

But my engagement ceremony took place magnificently.

"When is s.h.i.+n's birthday?" (Cecily)

"My birthday is on December 20th." (s.h.i.+n)

"20th?" (Cecily)

"Really s.h.i.+n?" (Maria)

Cecily and Maria were surprised to hear that.

"Cecily's birthday is on the same day as mine." (s.h.i.+n)
