Not caring to speak to the woman anymore, Qin Chu went upstairs.
Brazenly, Huo Mian walked into the kids’ room and said with a faked benign smile, “Little Bean, Pudding. It’s not me who isn’t letting you go. Your daddy is interrupting the plan… It’s not my fault.”

“Daddy… I want to go to j.a.pan; I want to go to Disneyland so much…”

Qin Chu’s mother loved her granddaughters and couldn’t bear to see Little Bean cry.
She looked at Qin Chu and Huo Mian with scorn in her eyes.

Huo Mian returned to her bedroom and closed the door with a slam.

“Mom, please go to your room with Dad. I want to talk to Little Bean and Pudding.”

Pudding didn’t reply.
“You just want to go to j.a.pan, right? If your Uncle Su is busy and someone else takes you, do you agree?”
“Someone else? Who?” Little Bean and Pudding were surprised.
“Your Uncle Su… needs to do something important. But you two can go to j.a.pan, the States… and Europe. I’ll ask for leave from your school for you.”
“Really? Daddy, we don’t need to go to school?” Little Bean stopped crying immediately.

“So, Daddy, who will take us?” Pudding asked the key question.
“Auntie Qin Ning and Uncle Tang Chuan. What do you think?”
