“So, you were just stalling for time, weren’t you? Coward.” Upon witnessing the woman, Pang Xiong realized that he couldn’t fight, and he spoke while pointing at Jiang Chen.

“She’s the Elixir a.s.sociation’s Yan Ruyu; she’s President Bai Xuan’s beloved disciple,” Ji Yinyi said in a low voice.

This woman was a rare beauty as her name implied. She was tall, fair, and had a beauty that would captivate birds and beasts alike. She had come here to help Jiang Chen get out of this trouble, but when the latter looked at her, she didn’t look at him nicely at all.

“Are you all trying to take advantage of this opportunity to wear out our Elixir a.s.sociation’s Heaven Alchemist?” Yan Ruyu stood in front of Jiang Chen and looked imposingly at the two men before her.
