“I helped you as you are the only one who can go beyond the era!” The Chaotic Lord said grimly. A few million years ago, he had already started with the planning.

“Oh?” Su Mo’s eyes lit up when he heard that the Chaotic Lord was willing to help him. That was a piece of great news to him.

The Chaotic Lord placed the Chaotic Chalcedony in front of Su Mo and said, “Take the Chalcedony with you. I am looking forward to seeing your performance at the Thousand Selection Fight.”

Su Mo nodded. He took the Chaotic Chalcedony and put it away carefully.

“Thank you, elder, for your kindness!” Su Mo thanked the Chaotic Lord as he stood up and cupped his fist. The Chaotic Lord had already extended great help to him by giving the Chaotic Chalcedony readily to him.

“Sit down!” The Chaotic Lord lowered his hand and signaled to Su Mo to take a seat.

Su Mo sat down and looked at the Chaotic Lord. In fact, he had a lot of questions but he did not know where to start.

“Su Mo, how much do you know about going beyond the era?” The Chaotic Lord asked.

“I only know a little about it!” Su Mo replied as he shook his head.

“It’s good that you know something about it!”

The Chaotic Lord nodded. He looked at Su Mo excitedly and said, “Su Mo, I hope you can go beyond the era and bring hope to us!”

Su Mo was silent when he heard what the Chaotic Lord had said. It was the wish of all the top powers to go beyond the era and he was no exception.

“Elder, I will definitely do my best. However, I don’t understand why you have chosen me. Why did you not select Di Yihun or Tuoba Qingyun?” Su Mo asked curiously as he looked Chaotic Lord straight in the eyes.
