A long stretch of dark clouds gushed toward them from afar.

Apparently, the beasts were formed by the array.

“Stay together and get ready for the fight!” Su Mo shouted loudly as he took out his Ultimate Holy Sword. He had regained his Chaotic Power Source.

Everybody’s faces turned grave. The Power Sources in their bodies surged as they prepared themselves to take on the demonic beasts.

Soon, the big group of demonic beasts was near the people.

The demonic beasts did not have any special means but the horn on their heads was their weapon. The demonic beasts attacked the people crazily like bulls.

“Charge!”

Everybody shouted as they struck. They attacked the demonic beasts with various types of Sword Radiance, Spear Radiance, and fist rays.

Suddenly, there were explosions in the sky as the attacks burst. The demonic beasts turned into green smog and created chaos in the area.

“Charge!” Su Mo shouted. He brandished his Ultimate Holy Sword and every time he threw out a blow, several demonic beasts would be killed. They would turn into green smog and disappear.

The demonic beasts’ strength was comparable to a Rank 1 True G.o.d’s. However, they were unable to contend with the geniuses. They had an edge over the people merely due to their large numbers.

As the demonic beasts were formed by the power of the array, they turned into green smog and disappeared after they had been killed.

The explosions were deafening. Everyone attacked the demonic beasts vigorously as there were too many of them. They filled the sky like an ocean and there were countless of them.

Not only the sky, but the earth was packed with the black demonic beasts.

Every time there was an explosion, a few or more than 10 demonic beasts would be killed. All the people were highly skilled geniuses and they could kill many demonic beasts in one blow. None of the demonic beasts was matched for them for even one round.

However, the situation soon got out of control as there were too many demonic beasts around. In an instant, everybody was scattered all over the place.

More than 200 of them ended up fighting the demonic beasts individually as they were drowned by the overwhelming number of demonic beasts.

“We are in trouble!” Su Mo’s face turned grave. Although everybody still had the strength to contend with the demonic beasts and remained unscathed, they would be defeated if the fight were to go on.

“Brother Ye, is there a way to destroy this array?”

Su Mo flew to Ye Lingtian and asked him as he continued to kill the demonic beasts.

“I am not well versed in arrays. How about asking Young Master Yan if he has any suggestions?” Ye Lingtian replied.

Su Mo nodded. Flaming Devil Ghost Sage was an experienced martial artist and he might be able to provide him with a solution.

Soon, Su Mo came beside Flaming Devil Ghost Sage and asked, “Flaming… Brother Yan, do you have any idea how we can destroy this array?”

Flaming Devil Ghost Sage pondered. As he was countering the attacks of the demonic beasts, he said gravely, “This type of array is a Delusionary Array and at the same time, an Offensive Array. Unless you are well versed in such an array and able to locate the base, there will be only one way to counter it.”

“What is it?” Su Mo asked immediately.

“Attack it. Attack it till the array depletes its energy!” Flaming Devil Ghost Sage replied.

Su Mo was speechless. That was not a solution. They would only continue to attack the array if they were not given a choice.

Su Mo went on to ask Tu Ying, Long Yu, and Gongsun Changjue but none of them had a solution.

They were busy dealing with the demonic beasts and they did not have time to think of a way to destroy the array.

Su Mo stopped asking any of them and he called out to everyone to gather together as he attacked the demonic beasts.

Time gradually pa.s.sed as all of them continued to fight the demonic beasts that were formed by the array.

Although everybody was powerful, the demonic beasts were not weak. Moreover, there was a large number of them and soon, some of the people started to get injured.

After some time, the people started to feel numb as they killed the demonic beasts as there were simply too many of them.

Although the people had killed many demonic beasts, there were still many of them around and they filled the entire area.

Some of the people started to feel depressed as the Power Source in their bodies would be depleted if that were to continue.

Although they could replenish the Power Source, they would not be able to do so quickly enough to replenish what they had lost. They would be worn out and defeated ultimately.

However, no one was killed and only more than 10 of them were injured.

At the moment, they could only continue to kill the demonic beasts until they had used up their energy.

More than 100 people were sitting cross-legged on one side of the Ninth City.

These people belonged to the Ninth City. The leader was a youth in a white robe and he was good-looking and had a babyish look.

He was none other than the renowned Young Master Ling from Reincarnation Holy Court.

The number of men from the First City, Second City, and the Third City was twice their number. Moreover, after the fight earlier, the weaker ones had been eliminated and the remaining ones were powerful. The men from the Ninth City were unlikely to win if they were to continue with the fight.

“Are you unable to hang on?” Young Master Ling asked with a sigh although he looked calm. He had expected them to succeed in depleting the Power Source of the people who were trapped in the array.

However, his own team was about to collapse. Other than a few people, the rest of them were not as powerful.

“We can’t take it any longer!”

All of them said. Although they had replenished their Power Source with the Elixirs and Dawn Stones, the power and stability of the array were affected as they had done it in a hurry.

“Alright. We will move on to the second round of the attack!” Young Master Ling said. The array was a special array that was unique to the Chaotic Holy Court.. There were many variations to it and Young Master Ling had 100 ways of using it to attack his opponents.
