The crowd was completely dumbfounded when they saw that the Divine Martial Emperor had been smashed into nothingness. It was a long time before they recovered from their shock.

Su Mo did not have a choice though. He had to use this sword to survive the Martial King Punishment.

The ma.s.sive calamity clouds continued to rumble loudly.

The calamity clouds’ shape kept changing and stretched as though it was a sticky candy.

The calamity clouds rapidly grew longer and narrower as if it was undergoing some kind of shocking transformation.

“What is happening?” Su Mo stared at the calamity clouds with his blood-red eyes.

He hoped that the final lightning punishment would come soon for he did not think he could hold out against the demonic spirit for much longer.

The presure would only lessen when the Billion Demonic Sword’s power was focused on battling the lightning punishment.

Furthermore, the powerful force of thunder had a strong Yang-element, which would greatly inhibit the demonic effects of the sword.

It was not long before the calamity clouds reached a length of 500 kilometers.

“A divine dragon!” Su Mo gasped when he saw that the calamity clouds had transformed into.

As he looked at the huge lightning dragon in the sky, he suddenly regretted his decision to cultivate 49 Spiritual Spirals.

He suddenly wasn’t certain if he could survive this Martial King Punishment.

However, it was now too late for regrets. He could only do his best to survive past this.

The crowd stared slack-jawed at the divine dragon as they watched this scene from a distance, completely astounded by what was happening.

This lightning dragon in the sky gave off a powerful aura that made them all quake in their boots.

No one thought that Su Mo would be able to survive the attack from such a ma.s.sive lightning dragon.

The lightning dragon roared and its roar could be heard all across Divine Martial Country.

The lightning dragon turned to look at Su Mo and Su Mo could see the will of heaven and earth in its eyes.

It then flew rapidly across the sky and straight at Su Mo.

There was a loud explosion as his sword Qi exploded and the Dark Force that was unleashed as a result of that explosion caused the surrounding s.p.a.ce to shatter.

However, Su Mo’s sword Qi was not totally ineffective as it managed to slice off a chunk from the lightning dragon’s ma.s.sive claw and it howled in pain.

Grrr!

The lightning dragon roared and after its ma.s.sive claws destroyed Su Mo’s sword Qi, it clawed out violently at Su Mo.

“Die!” Su Mo attacked like crazy, not caring whether he lived or died any longer. He charged straight at the ma.s.sive dragon claws.

The Billion Demonic Sword shuddered violently and mighty Demonic Qi burst forth from the Demonic Sword as it transformed into a humongous sword that was 330 meters tall.

Su Mo slashed out violently and the Billion Demonic Sword came cras.h.i.+ng down on the dragon claws with tremendous power.

Bang!

There was a loud blast as a piece of the dragon claw was hacked off by Su Mo.

Nonethless, Su Mo’s body shook as he bore the impact of the collision between the ma.s.sive dragon claw and his Billion Demonic Sword. Then, his body catapulted across the sky.

Rumble!

Su Mo crashed landed into the abyss and landed with a loud thud.
