All of the people in the whole city of Hope were shocked as they looked at all the fish and sea monsters that pa.s.sed by. In the beginning, they thought that it was real, and it terrified a lot of people, but later, it seemed like they had noticed that it was just a projection and no longer felt that scared anymore.

The giant monster of the deep sea rose from nothing, and the ruler of the ocean recovered from the destruction. “I am the ruler of the ocean, the messenger of the storm, I am… I am the king of the stormy seas!” A deep voice echoed between heaven and earth.
