Lu Zhaoyang slipped her shoulders out of the bathrobe. Then, her spine was exposed as her bathrobe fell to the floor.

With her arms around her chest, she slinked into bed just as she became fully naked, and then pulled the covers over herself.

She closed her eyes, laying with her back facing him. If only I can fall asleep right now.

Huo Yunting stood by the bed and adjusted the blanket. “It’s cold, make sure you’re covered warmly.”

He then left for the bathroom.

Lu Zhaoyang opened her eyes when she heard his footsteps move further and further away. She took a furtive glance at him.

Gradually, she fell asleep, and did not notice when Huo Yunting came into bed with her. In the midst of her sleep, she suddenly felt someone rolling restlessly in bed.
