She was not in the mood to be the judge between the two boxers.

“Sweetie, you’re here!” Madam Xue, sitting on her sofa, gave a broad smile to her daughter. In spite of the bad blood that happened between them before, she still wanted to share her overflowing joy with her daughter.

“Careful, dear. You’ll alert the child.” Huo Zhenning went to hold Madam Xue before she tried getting up from the couch. He tapped her hand gently, “Have a good rest.” He still grinned and welcomed Huo Yunting and his sister even though Huo Yunting hurled his usual insult at him.

“Daddy, mommy,” greeted Lu Zhaoyang courteously.

“Yunting, Yang Yang, come, sit next to me,” invited Madam Xue with her hand waving.

Huo Yunting casually walked past Lu Zhaoyang and sat at the other corner of the couch, staring into the air.

The audience was ready to watch the play by the two well-known actor and actress.

Her concern was heard by the elderlies yet the elderlies only responded her with a friendly smile.

“It’s okay, Yang Yang. Everything will be alright. It’s a gift from G.o.d, after all. It’s a life and I wouldn’t give it up so easily.” Madam Xue turned to look at Huo Zhenning and then rested against his shoulder, “Your father and I had decided to try this.”

Madam Xue might have been looking at Lu Zhaoyang throughout the conversation, but most of the time her stare pa.s.sed through her and landed upon the nonchalant man at the other side of the couch.
