Dismiss, summon, dismiss, summon. After trying multiple times, Explosive Ape finally got it right and did not attack Li Yi, instead choosing a new opponent in Icy Giant Worm.

The battle restarted. It had taken just a few hits for Icy Giant Worm to dive back underground. Upon receiving the notification from the System, Li Yi was frozen in place.

Explosive Ape unleashed a three-hit Violent Strike combo at Icy Giant Worm. Although the damage was minimal, it did successfully disrupt Icy Giant Worm’s skill.

With Icy Giant Worm’s skill now disrupted, it simply stood there motionless. Li Yi took the chance to attack with full force.

Icy Giant Worm dived into the ground as the icy surface exploded. Upon seeing this, Li Yi quickened his movements, making sure to avoid all explosive attacks.

Icy Giant Worm’s freezing skill was the hardest to handle. However, its other attack tactics could easily be overcome if one was quick enough to react.

Icy Giant Worm’s HP was not much, at just 1,500,000. Furthermore, it would attempt to freeze an opponent at every 100,000 HP interval. Explosive Ape’s continuous use of Violent Strike handled the first 700,000 HP without a problem. However, what came next was pure tragedy.

Icy Giant Worm had just crept back into the ground when Explosive Ape used Charge on Li Yi, clawing and mangling him.

Li Yi had only just appeared at the entrance when the HP displayed above his head dropped at an extreme speed. Not Gray Wolf and the lot really played dirty. They had their subordinates continuously planting damage-dealing skills by the doorway. Freezing Trap, Sea of Fire, Blizzard Spell…

This instantly made the Invisibility Potion ineffective. Fortunately for Li Yi, he was buffed with Violent Bear’s Protection, or else he would have been instantly wiped out.

Li Yi immediately retreated back into the dungeon.

The time limit was still counting down, so he was allowed to stay inside for a little while longer. However, Ice Crystal Crown dungeon’s cooldown period was three days. Once the time limit was up, Li Yi would no longer be able to enter.

“Still not coming out? You can run but you can’t hide!” Not Gray Wolf was immensely pleased with himself, acting as if they had already killed Li Yi.

Various spells were unleashed for ten minutes straight. Yet, the goal of smoking out Li Yi still came out negative.

Because of this, Not Gray Wolf was feeling down. “How odd. It says here that he’s still in Blade Frost Canyon. Why can’t we find him?”

“Guild Master, I heard that there have been quite a few bugs in King of Pantheon lately. Could this be one of them?”

Not Gray Wolf shook his head. “I don’t think there’s a bug for this.”

Although he said this himself, he was 100% certain.

Could he really have escaped?

He had called more than half the guild’s elites over. There was no doubt that he would face great humiliation if he could not take care of one measly Archer even with such immense firepower.

Half an hour pa.s.sed as over 2,000 men searched Blade Frost Canyon high and low. However, the search for Li Yi came up empty.

It was there that he overheard the exchange between the people. During the earlier ma.s.s-skill blitz, a Blizzard crashed into his hiding spot. Luckily, the caster was not all that powerful and Li Yi was left with one-third of his HP.

The coast was currently clear but leaving Blade Frost Canyon was a monumental challenge.

If he were willing to give up, then leaving was not a problem. But that would be a setback and a waste of time. Moreover, he would not be Li Yi if he did not make Not Gray Wolf have a taste of his own medicine. Even if he made it back safely, it would be without alacrity.

Li Yi observed the situation in the dark, mulling over the events to come.

There was simply too many of them…

“Brother Yi, where are you?”

“Guild Master, are you still in Blade Frost Canyon? What’s the situation like?”

Li Yi smirked while watching them trying to make a run for it.

A Powered-Up Arrow was fired straight at Not Gray Wolf’s head, instantly taking him out.

“Dark Wing! Get Dark Wing first! Get him before we leave!” Not Gray Wolf shouted.

After hearing this, the men stopped rubbing their Return City Stone and launched a kamikaze attack on Li Yi.

“Violent Bear’s Protection!”

“Maylia’s Wind s.h.i.+eld’s Protection!”

Li Yi was ready to risk everything. He raised his DEF to its max and evaded the majority of the incoming damage with Fire Impact. Thus, he began duking it out at the bottom of the canyon.
