The Light and Dark Instances are composed of five level 40, 5-man Small Instance Dungeons; five level 50, 5-man Small Instance Dungeons; five level 60; 5-man Small Instance Dungeons and the remainders are all large-sized raids. The difficulty ranges from high to low, and it would satisfy nearly every players’ leveling needs.

Among the five level 40 5-man Small Instance Dungeons, Light’s Beginning that Li Yi had cleared was of medium difficulty. Big Boy, Lil Girl, and Gai’er are all players from the Southern Continent. However, they differ in the fact that Big Boy and Lil Girl are best friends, whereas Gai’er was a lone ranger.

Li Yi was not familiar with Gai’er, but he knows that Gai’er prefers to be in solitude, and this particular manner of his would give the Eastern Continent’s Lonely Semi City a run for their money. However, Li Yi was particularly familiar with both Big Boy and Lil Girl, as the both of them were Qian’er’s best friends in real life.

In his previous life, Li Yi was hounded by all the players in the Northern Continent, but during his visit to the Southern Continent for a quest, he had met Qian’er by pure chance. Following that, he had acquainted himself with both Big Boy and Lil Girl, and after a series of developments he and Qian’er had somehow ended up together.

In Li Yi’s perspective, it was truly a mystery as to how they ended up together, as he had considered his past self to be unworthy of Qian’er. Nevertheless, reality worked in strange ways as it had brought two people of polarizing statuses together.

Li Yi held no grudges against Big Boy. Despite his sharp tongue, Big Boy’s actions were honest and truthful as he spoke his mind and hid no schemes. The only incident that left Li Yi feeling conflicted was when Big Boy had proposed marriage to Qian’er, and to his surprise, Qian’er had accepted the proposal. Worst still, the date of the marriage had coincided with the G.o.d Wars.

‘Had the accident not happened, what would the present me be like? Would Big Boy and Qian’er really tie the knot? Why couldn’t I see that they had feelings brewing for one another before this?’
