Before Terrence could finish his sentence, another gold-colored sword was handed to him.

Li Yi’s pockets were full of equipment that was of great quality. When he went looting treasure chests, he threw all green-colored equipment away to make room for gold-colored and above.

Terrence was shaking with excitement, “Great, with these equipment, I’ll be able to fulfill my ancestors’ wishes to kill the Wicked Flaming Dragon and dig out the national divine weapon with my bare hands.”

“What national divine weapon?” Jiaojiao asked with curiosity.

Terrence stood with his chest puffed out, “Apart from King of Thousand Swords —Fire Dragon Sword, what else lives up to the name of a national divine weapon?”

“Is the Fire Dragon Sword really here?” Jiaojiao blinked her eyes and continued with her questions.

Terrence coldly snorted, “Of course it’s here but I must warn you to cast your attention away from the Fire Dragon Sword. Only those of the Fetched Moon Country royal bloodline can get close to the sword.”

Terrence has now equipped the Frost Equipment Set and gold-colored sword. He was ready to go.

Li Yi signaled by waving his hand behind him, “We’ll follow.”

A group of five followed Terrence closely into the depths of Wailing Grotto.

This was Li Yi’s second time trailing Terrence but he realized that the pathway Terrence took this time was different. He was about to voice out his confusion when Terrence gave him an answer.

“The depths of Wailing Grotto is peculiar. Wicked Flaming Dragon hides in the Flaming Dragon Lair, the most central part of the map. These paths that we’re taking will take you on detours around the Flaming Dragon Lair. Also, every pathway here will change after a certain period of time so you must not trust your own eyes. You only need to remember one thing,

“Follow the light.”

Listening to Terrence’s explanation, Li Yi realized that the pathway took by this guy was filled with Fire Elementals. This must be the flaming light he was talking about.

Now, to locate Wicked Flaming Dragon was no longer a challenge.

Without needing the aid of Li Yi and his group, Terrence ran the front of the party, wiping out the group of Fire Elementals with just one swing of his sword.

Flaming Skeleton Caitley has 60,000,000 HP and was at Level 100. Its name in purple indicated its Epic-level.

“Caitley, I have now equipped the Frost Equipment Set, your flames can no longer harm me.”

“Thunder Swordsmans.h.i.+p — Charge!”

Terrence was worthy to be revered. The first action he took was a trump card that no regular player could use. He first summoned thunder force onto the tip of his blade before charging into his opponent in order to increase the impact of his skill.

Terrence’s Thunder Strike penetrated Caitley’s skull. Golden damage numbers came out of it.

Caitley twirled its staff and fired a ball of flame onto Terrence.

The sudden risen temperature in the tunnel caused Li Yi and company who were far behind to suffer -212, -231 damages.

Li Yi issued the order and quickly gulped one bottle of Fire Resistance Potion down.

With Fire Resistance in their body enhanced, they would not be affected by the increased temperature.

The gold-colored sword Terrence thrust into Caitley’s skull has dissolved again. The Flaming Blast Caitley locked in on him and burned Frost Equipment Set to ashes…

Li Yi had no words. He always thought that he could rely on Terrence to take care of Caitley but now it seemed this was not the case.

Terrence was too lame.

“Mood, release your pet. Director Yang and Jiaojiao on standby. Pale Blue, get out of the way,”

Li Yi yelled out a series of instructions before summoning Violent Bear King.

Pretty Good Mood unleashed Scarab King and ordered it to pounce on Caitley.

Pretty Good Mood was way below par in terms of competence. Instead of hiding in a far corner and releasing their pet, a sharp Summoner would cast Invincibility to close in on Caitley before releasing the pet and getting out of the way.

Scarab King’s vision range was only 10 yards. It was as blind as a bat past the 10-yard range.

Scarab King crept sluggishly, plodding doggedly with its hips swaying left and right. Judging by its stance, it probably would take three to five minutes to get to Caitley.

Pretty Good Mood’s cheeks flushed rosy red, “Sorry, it slipped my mind again…”

No matter the path, pets summoned by Summoners were potent. However, in contrast, pets received little to no perks in return.

A Scarab King with a whopping 90,000,000 HP would not enjoy any healing effects. It could only slowly recover HP in non-battle mode.

Caitley aimed a Flaming Blast at Scarab King, dealing -54,432 damage.

Li Yi consumed a bottle of Fury Potion and drew back his orange bow to launch an attack at Caitley.

Lord Disaster was a Legendary-level weapon and although the temperature of Caitley’s flames was formidable, it had nothing on Lord Disaster. Jiaojiao’s multiple slashes left Lord Disaster undamaged.

Lord Disaster’s first special effect was Desecrate, reducing the target’s double DEF by 20%. This effect, together with Li Yi’s Armor Strip would scale Caitley’s DEF down to zilch.

Pretty Good Mood raised his voice, “Hold your horses, let my bug bash it!”

Caitley’s aggro almost s.h.i.+fted. Pretty Good Mood may be lacking in technique but he was a G.o.d in commanding. He quickly threw a command to avoid a situation with Caitley’s aggro.

Caitley’s HP was dropping quickly. A one-time attack by Scarab King caused a 3,000,000 HP loss.

“Flaming Dragon Spell!”

The horribly destructive and large-scale Flaming Dragon Spell was unleashed by Caitley, forcing Li Yi’s party to evacuate and leaving only Scarab King to face it head-on.

Scarab King lost 30,000,000 HP in one shot!

Fortunately, Scarab King was not well known for its ATK but rather its colossal 90,000,000 HP. It definitely lived up to its name as a bloodworm.

Pretty Good Mood barked, “Little Elf, initiate Wind Miracle, Clan Master Jiao, unleash Undead Army, Guild Master, G.o.d Mode. DPS the s.h.i.+t out of it!”

Bosses’ attack would usually slow down a tad after a major skill and Caitley was no exception as well. After a good Flaming Dragon Spell, it stiffened on the spot to recover. This was the perfect time to counteract with DPS.

Here came the big boys!

“Wind Miracle!”
