The problem with it was that the last point could not be attained just by refining normal potions. Unless Li Yi could achieve a breakthrough and refine a Legendary-level potion or discover a formula for refining Legendary potions, he would never attain that final point, regardless of what he did.

Li Yi reserved some of the medicine that he refined for himself and auctioned the rest of it at the Auction House.

For the past few days, Li Yi did not do any quests. If he was not refining medicine, he would be lounging at the Auction House. Collecting ingredients and selling equipment had made him busy beyond measure, and even after he had sold out his equipment, he was using his excess money to purchase resurrection tools and Mysterious Eggs in bulk.

As of now, the five pets that Li Yi currently had on him were able to satisfy his needs. However, once the level cap was removed and the level threshold was increased, the five pets that he owned would slowly become obsolete. Due to this, he decided to purchase as many Mysterious Eggs he could.

The drop rate of Mysterious Egg was extremely low, and for Archers or Summoners, that item was even more valuable than Resurrection Stones as it would decide whether they’ll attain an end-game pet or not.

Li Yi seized the opportunity to stockpile the necessary equipment before the level cap was removed so that when the time came, he could proceed unhindered.

Though Li Yi was not as rich as Brother Windcloud Nine or Tyrant Sword King the Fifth, what he had was eight years’ worth of game experience from his past life. “Lil Yi’zi, come here, let me introduce you to her.”

Jiaojiao made a huge fuss in calling Li Yi over, and then she patted Ouyang Qian’s shoulder. “This is my homie, Ouyang Qian, and from this day forth, she is our Vice Military Advisor. The reason I called you over is to inform you of this fact.”

“What homie? What Vice Military Advisor?” Li Yi was thrown into confusion by Jiaojiao’s words.

Ouyang Qian suddenly broke into a grin, and with one hand clasping Jiaojiao’s slender hand, she nodded at Li Yi. “h.e.l.lo, Guild Master.”

His daily activities consisted of auctioning items, and aside from that, he did nothing else.

The Dog-skin Plaster, Old Green did not disappoint Li Yi. Using the techniques that Li Yi had taught him, the guy had already killed Arthur over ten times and had even forced him to drop two exquisite magic equipment. Arthur was so mad that he had mobilized his entire guild to hunt down Old Green, and as of now, the two parties were now engaged in a ‘Dog-skin Plaster’ war.

Arthur’s Empire had suffered major losses from the previous wars and had lost a large fraction of elite members.
