Unending Unmatched attempted multiple times to charge towards him but even a Ferocious Strike managed to cause a mere 2 seconds of hit recovery. Once the time was up and he recovered, no combo could be chained on him.

Without combos, Unending Unmatched’s instantaneous damage proved less than satisfactory. Ah Ye endured all attacks with healing skills.

It was just as Fake Fengxi described, Ah Ye’s HP was still full after two minutes while a third of Unending Unmatched’s had been cursed off.

Fretting, Unending Unmatched tossed his s.h.i.+eld aside, increasing his speed, and repeatedly slashed with Blazing Judgment.

Main tanks could afford to dawdle in battle thanks to their lengthy HP, the same was true for the Priest cla.s.s with their ability to heal. With these two dawdling cla.s.ses fighting against each other, the battle was progressed at a fairly slow rate.

5 minutes later, the first round ended.

Ah Ye won the battle with full HP.

Drawing long breaths, Unending Unmatched found it hard to accept the result of the match.

He was frustrated by the outcome.

He may not be willing to accept his defeat, but he knew that if he did not change his tactics in round two, the outcome would surely be the same.

In short, if his instantaneous damage was not powerful enough to kill Ah Ye, he was done for.

At the start of the second round, Unending Unmatched still did not wield his s.h.i.+eld and activated Blood-curdling Attack to charge ahead.

Blood-curdling Attack was powerful but there was a constant decrease of HP as a side effect. It temporarily increased ATK by 20% as well as turned a normal attack into a double-bladed strike. In other words, a single attack would cause damage twice, ultimately doubling the attack power.

Two Light b.a.l.l.s crashed on Ah Ye, exploding in unison, and dealing a -4,876 damage.

Turning visibly upset, Ah Ye unleashed a curse spell and swiftly retreated. He ran while casting a healing skill on himself. This was one of the many special effects of Sinful Angel Equipment Set, the ability to cast while in motion.

Unending Unmatched was hot on his trail. Blood-curdling Attack only lasted for 20 seconds so he had to make every second count.

Still fleeing, Ah Ye cast heals on himself. Although the Light b.a.l.l.s were hitting him hard, his special ability to casting heals in motion neutralized the damage done.

Compared to the earlier match, Ah Ye was not able to maintain full HP, hovering around the 50% mark with a possibility of rising or falling at any given moment.

Irascible, Unending Unmatched used the risky Fatal Counter.

With Unending Unmatched’s SPD enhanced and ATK boosted, Ah Ye’s HP quickly dropped to 30%.

Unending Unmatched stuck on Ah Ye as he unleashed Light b.a.l.l.s and slashed hard with Blazing Judgment, dealing damage with both.

Running into the wrong position, Ah Ye had no place to evade when he was backed into a corner by Unending Unmatched, who was on a slicing frenzy.

Shouts were roaring off the stage.

The real Fengxi sighed as he cast his gaze at the chaotic scene, “I shouldn’t have come to this place…”

“Third Brother, if you were the one who attacked, would this Ah Ye still be able to revive?”

Fengxi answered in a stern manner, “I don’t make my move easily but when I do, death is imminent.”

The topic swung a different direction. He only heard the first half of Fengxi’s words and completely ignored the second half.

No matter how hard the audience found it to accept, Unending Unmatched’s defeat was a foregone conclusion.

Unending Unmatched made his exit while Ah Ye, the yellow-robed Priest went up in rank.

There was one match left out of the 6 elimination rounds and it was between Fake Fengxi and Tyrant Sword King the Fifth.

Due to Fake Fengxi’s spectacular performance in the earlier match, he, the dark horse gained a mult.i.tude of fans overnights. With many supporters, there was even one fan who a.s.serted that perhaps the Brawl King Tournament’s crown would land on his head.

Li Yi struggled to barely secure a win while Fengxi, instantly killed his opponent with ease. It was obvious who was the better between the two.

Autumn Love was in full spirit as she hollered.

The earlier loss was quite a blow to her, but she quickly picked up the pieces. This time, she had her eye on Fengxi to win. Without hesitation, she reopened the bets to profit from the crowd.
