When Li Yi entered the dungeon, the party was already on the seventh boss, the Steel Giant. Flower Underpants was at the forefront of the pack, drawing his bow for rapid firing.

Turning his attention to Brother Windcloud Nine who was holding a s.h.i.+eld before Steel Giant, his body was s.h.i.+mmering gold, as though the Immovable King had descended to the earth. There was no need for healers to support him as his HP was recovering itself.

Territory Skill, G.o.d’s Blessing!

Upon activation of the skill, all base attributes would double with the help of Territory. In other words, Territory Power would increase his attributes and then G.o.d’s Blessing would double those numbers again.

DEF increased. ATK increased. All values increased. Most importantly, the activation of G.o.d’s Blessing came with the recovery of a certain amount of HP and mana.

If Unending Unmatched and Brother Windcloud Nine stood together to fight, Brother Windcloud Nine would have aggro fixated on him from slicing even with Unending Unmatched pulling out all the stops on aggro-pulling skills.

A soft voice was heard from behind him, prompting Li Yi to turn around. It was Sister Windcloud Nine.

“The doctor said that my husband should avoid too much stimulus. I tried to talk to him about it, but he won’t listen. Can… Can you help me talk to him?”

“Well… farming monsters and clearing dungeons is too much for him, said the doctor.”

“Sister Nine, you’re so smart. Keep it up. As long as you keep going at it a hundred times a day, your husband will get better.”

With Territory Masters joining the party, clearing dungeons, and defeating bosses became a breeze. Li Yi was shooting the breeze with Sister Windcloud Nine and so were other members of the party. This was the direction King of Pantheon was developing toward. Whether it was an expert or a rookie, anyone could form a party and clear stages together.

Of course, the current party mode was just the tip of the iceberg. The real deal had yet to make its appearance.

The previous difficulty level in King of Pantheon’s dungeons had caused a phenomenon where experts and rookies could not team-up. An elite party with tacit cooperation had to be specially a.s.sembled to clear the boss.

This was an easy feat for major guilds but posed a challenge for individual players and minor guilds. For the two years King of Pantheon was in session, almost all wild bosses and dungeon first kills were nabbed by major guilds. It was rare for a single player to attain success.

Li Yi did not initially understand why King of Pantheon permitted the existence of Territory Masters before the increase of the level cap but now he saw the light. The partic.i.p.ation of Territory Masters eased dungeon battles, allowing many rookies to join in the fun and enjoy never before-experienced dungeon-clearing privileges.

Players in online games were mostly in it together with their friends but the ridiculous bosses in dungeons prevented the development of private friends and family parties. Not everyone was an expert, after all. If there was a dumbo in the private party who kept leading to TPK and could not be taught, how could the private party go on?

In the end, the private party would disband. The experts who wanted to clear the dungeon would look for other experts while rookies, would keep a low profile going solo or join casual parties only to be kicked and cussed at, ultimately losing interest in the game…

Windcloud Killer shouted towards Brother Windcloud Nine, “Brother Nine, your wife seemed to say f*ck me earlier, did you hear that?”

The party burst into laughter.

Li Yi had no demands, neither did Brother Windcloud Nine, Confused Fox nor did the natural dummy, Sister Windcloud Nine. They followed the party down the dungeon for the sake of equipment for other players in the guild.

For the guild’s long-term development, it was not enough to just arm up oneself. It was crucial to cultivate a group of reliable friends to make a joint effort for the guild’s stable growth.

In just two days, the Soul Gate dungeon was cleared. Brother Windcloud Nine then single-handedly set forth towards the Southern Continent.

During his coma, Not Gray Wolf wreaked havoc in the Ninth Continent. Brother Windcloud Nine had been putting up with him for long and now with him learning Territory, he no longer needed to hold back. Without informing anyone, he went there alone.

Cerberus grew wings and flew rapidly in the air, reaching Southern Continent’s Celestial Capital in seven hours.

Upon landing, Cerberus’ three canine heads let out a howl, spewing h.e.l.lfire to destroy the buildings ahead.

“Old Windcloud Dog’s here, he’s destroying the Celestial Capital’s buildings. Brothers, come swiftly to aid!”

The Southern Continent channel was bursting with activity. Countless players rushed to the Celestial Capital at the sight of the message.

Compared to the previous Cerberus, the most vital change was its ability to fly and at lightning speed too. With Epic-level mounts incapable of keeping up, only Legendary-level mounts were worthy opponents.

Brother Windcloud Nine kept switching places after firing a shot. He tore the Flame Shower Scrolls he got from Li Yi as he went, coordinating with Cerberus’ flames to turn Southern Continent’s Celestial Capital into a h.e.l.lhole in seconds.

Several thousand players came das.h.i.+ng in, blasting him with skills. With his body flickering in golden light, Brother Windcloud Nine’s HP and mana auto recovered repeatedly. His equipment was already great to begin with and now with the aid of Territory Power, facing the attacks of several thousand people was nothing.

No matter how they tried to beat him, he was fixated on burning buildings.

Brother Windcloud Nine had no desire to linger in battle as he switched to a different spot every time, he burned down an area of buildings, ignoring the ma.s.sive number of players trailing behind him.
