The drop rate for a Dark Paladin’s equipment was ridiculously low. Only one item had been found, even after playing the game for such a long time. All the elite players in the guild had updated their equipment. Only Jiaojiao, ignoring a few accessory changes, was still using her original equipment.

Jiaojiao immediately equipped the Commander boots after receiving them and jumped around with joy, amusing Li Yi and Qian’er.

While Qian’er was occupied by picking up the items, an incident was happening right behind her. The Dwarf Ice Wizard, Black Wing was back from his corpse run and attempted to ambush Pale Blue Elegance. Instead, she killed him with a single move.

Not giving him the time of day, Pale Blue Elegance pulled a face at him and ran into the crowd.

With the General Demon Goat gone, the Iron Alliance members celebrated for a while before heading their separate ways. Some went to turn in quests while others continued to search for places to farm monsters.

Jiaojiao and Qian’er went to turn in their quests. Their quest progress was the same, 120% completion of Miracle of Will. Still lacking progress, Li Yi returned to his previous location to continue grinding.

Miracle of Will was a useful skill and there was a world of difference between achieving 10% and 120% progress.

Miracle of Will served no purpose in solo fights. However, when used next to allies who were also using the skill, its purpose would be revealed.

Damage reduction!

It reduced all damage sustained, whether it came from players or monsters. The skill grew more powerful as more nearby party members activated it.

If two players with Miracle of Will stood together, the most distinct difference would be the level of damage reduction provided to those who completed 10% and those who completed 120%.

Players who completed 10% Will would enjoy at least 2% damage reduction and have a maximum of 5% (no matter the number of party members standing beside) while players who completed 120% Will would enjoy at least 5% damage reduction with a maximum of 30%.

With a maximum damage reduction of 30%, this common skill available to the public was crucial when fighting both players and monsters.
