Outside the bathroom, there remained complete silence.

When she was done bathing, Fang Erlan used the bath towel to wipe herself and slowly headed toward the bathroom door, calling out to him, “Are you there?”

“Open the door, I’ll pa.s.s you the clothes.”

Fang Erlan wrapped the bath towel around her body before opening the door.

He pa.s.sed her a set of clothes with both his hands, and Fang Erlan took it from him before closing the door shut again.

He had even prepared lingerie for her.
