After Frost Blade finished looting Karl, Blackbeard tossed him to the ground once more.

The two City Lord Seals were Karl’s final hope to make a comeback. So long as he had them, there was a chance that he would be able to make a rise to the top once more. Unfortunately for him, he had met with the bunch from Quan Zhen Sect, and was once again thrown back to his original state.

The current Karl seemed lifeless and was extremely miserable. He crawled back up to his feet and attempted to jump off the s.h.i.+p immediately.

With a wave of Fearless’ hand, Karl was caught in Blackbeard’s hands once more.

Karl calmly looked at Fearless and lamented, “The seals are already in your possession. I have nothing left on me. Are you still unwilling to let me go?”

“Hehe!” Fearless waved his hand and said, “The seals don’t really matter that much to us.”

“Then… is there anything else on my body that is of more importance to you??” Karl asked as he began to panic.

“Of course!” Fearless nodded his head and said, “You dying here is more important to us!”

As he was speaking, Fearless glanced towards Ming Du’s direction. Shortly after, Ming Du raised his staff into the air, bringing forth a thick and violent thunderbolt down onto Karl’s head.

Karl wasn’t some strong and overbearing NPC, how could he hope to withstand a direct hit from Ming Du’s ability?

A “Kucha!” sound resounded as Karl’s body was blasted into ashes by Ming Du.

“Aiya… why did you still kill him?”

Upon seeing Fearless instructing Ming Du to kill Karl, w.a.n.g Yu couldn’t help but feel pitiful for him. Even though he was an NPC, he was still a living person in the game.

“It’s good that you understand!” Fearless casually tossed the Harbor City City Lord Seal to w.a.n.g Yu and said, “Hurry up and activate it!”

There was no need for any pretense between w.a.n.g Yu and Fearless, thus, w.a.n.g Yu immediately accepted the token and activated it.

After a series of notifications, the system blasted a public announcement.

The public announcement was blasted three times to the entire world in the game…

At the end of the day, the reason why Fearless did not agree to let everyone use the City Lord Seal was mainly because Quan Zhen Sect ultimately wasn’t a large guild with tens of thousands of players under them. With a lack of players, they would be unable to control too many territories.

The reason why w.a.n.g Yu could take over two cities was because Harbor City was originally an empty and deserted city.

Saga City, on the other hand, was located on its own on Immortal Island. Thus, it was impossible for the ten over players from Quan Zhen Sect to take control over it… It should be known that for a player to control a city, Citizen Popularity was extremely crucial. If the minimum Citizen Popularity wasn’t reached, the NPCs and other guild players would be able to launch a revolt, even if the City Lord possessed the City Lord Seal.
