There were only two possibilities why a person would charge forward without replenis.h.i.+ng his health after getting hit by a BOSS to a state like w.a.n.g Yu. One was that the person was confident he could attack the BOSS successfully without getting hit. The other possibility was to seek death intentionally.

If he were to attack from within the halo, even w.a.n.g Yu wasn’t capable enough to dodge the attacks in time.

If he were standing close to the white halo, w.a.n.g Yu could still dodge the G.o.d of Puppets’ attack easily.

Because his long pole was too long, it would affect the effectiveness of his attacks. Hence, w.a.n.g Yu chose to use his long sword instead.

One of w.a.n.g Yu’s hand held onto his sword while the other one grabbed onto the G.o.d of Puppets’ wings to block the attack. After a powerful impact, half of the wing was torn apart. A ma.s.sive -24512 appeared on top of the G.o.d of Puppets’ head.

“What?! This fella is not giving any chance at all!”

Looking at the damage done, w.a.n.g Yu was taken aback. Even with the extremely high defence of the G.o.d of Puppets, one attack on itself took away over 20,000 HP. If the attacks landed on him, it wouldn’t end well. Fortunately, he didn’t take any health potions to replenish his health. Either way, he was going to get killed in an instant so why should he waste the potion…
