From a PVP point of view, judgement was definitely needed. Unlike backstabbing a.s.sa.s.sins, Pugilist was a very confrontational job so naturally, the stronger the attack judgement, the stronger the oppression. Even though w.a.n.g Yu was so capable, when he fought with Nian Liuyun who had high judgement, he too, found it restrictive on his movements. This was how important attack judgement was during a PK.

Any one of these five attributes on a piece of equipment could make it a highly sought after legendary weapon but now all five attributes were on one weapon. It is unimaginable how unformidable it was.
