“Yes!” Peak of Perfection said, “They still have not attacked. Maybe they are afraid that you are the local head gangster… After we pa.s.s this road, it will be Cloud Mountain City. Be careful.”

Common sense would tell you not to offend the local head gangster as Sin City was a mess and everyone here were not to be trifled with. Just by their PK skills alone would be on another level. If they really offended these gangsters, even a big guild like Heavenly Fiend Alliance would be in trouble.
