Very soon, almost all the players from Thorn City realised that a mysterious squad had been going around targeting quest NPCs. Moreover, every NPC targeted by this squad were somehow all transformations of the fantasy goblin.

Before w.a.n.g Yu and co. could clear all of Thorn City’s quests, the news had already been spread across the entire game.

Ming Du walked forward and just as he was about to pick up the cape fragment, an a.s.sa.s.sin darted out from the corner of the alley. He charged directly towards Ming Du’s back.

Just as the a.s.sa.s.sin struck Ming Du’s back, Ming Du’s body turned into flame as the a.s.sa.s.sin was pushed directly to the wall.
