PA Wen was standing near the door. “Let me buy you lunch,” PA Wen stood there without moving and offered to buy Xiao Yaojing lunch as she was leaving.

“I have had mine,” Xiao Yaojing turned to look at PA Wen and chuckled.

PA Wen’s face fell when Xiao Yaojing turned him down. He reached out to hold Xiao Yaojing’s wrist when she walked past him to the door and asked, “about yesterday… were you serious?”

PA Wen held Xiao Yaojing’s hand tightly. Their breath was warm and PA Wen’s heart was pounding fast.

He didn’t dare open his mouth because he might just lose control and kiss her lips.
