Lu Jian was not able to concentrate in his work after coming back in his office. He already missed her.

It would be better if she came with him then he would be able to focus on his work more. Unfortunately, she was tired from the journey. Lu Jian wanted to pamper and fill her with complete love so that she would not even think about leaving him even in her dreams.

"Her mischievous smile!" Lu Jian sighed as he remembered her naughty hands playing with his chest in the morning.

He wondered whether she was missing him or just doing something to annoy the household staff. She was becoming naughtier day by day. He didn't know whether to cry or laugh at his predicament that his wife was like a lovely little girl that was always up to some mischief.

"Cut out of it!" Jiang Wui laughed as he saw his cousin zoning out again for the fifth time during the day.

Lu Jian came out of his daydream and focus on his cousin's jolly smile. He thought that he would be angry with him for dumping him alone and taking the girls away but he could only see roses and suns.h.i.+ne around his brother the whole day.

"Come out of your office and join your girl, lest some mice pick her away." Jiang Wui smiled and taunted him.

Lu Jian frowned at his cousin's words. He didn't like the sound of it. What does he mean by that a 'mice picking his wife'?

"Where are they going?" He growled in annoyance. "Tell me the time?"
