I absorbed the last of the strengthening energy, and it had brought a smile to my face. 95% of the huge amount of strengthening energy went to filling up my burned essence, while the 5% went toward my advancement, which was not enough to take me to peak Elite cla.s.s.

I am a little disappointed, but within my expectations, so I controlled my emotions and focused on my next target.

I walked toward the mutated Black Teeth Hyenamen that I had sealed earlier. There are forty-nine of them, which's the bloodline mutation I am going to harvest. I wish I could harvest all the mutations and not just one on the surface, but doing that is beyond my level.

With those thoughts, I released my strings on the forty-nine mutate Black Teeth Hyenamen. All of them are sealed, which made this complicated job a little easier.

It took me a few seconds to wrap my strings around them, but as I pierced inside them, the real difficulty began.

Those below master cla.s.s were no challenge to me, but those above masters are hard; their mutated bloodline fought hard against the strings that I had to put all my focus and strength into the strings to make them spread inside the bodies of the master cla.s.s crazies.

It took me a couple of minutes, but I finally did. As I had finished, I activated a couple of formations on my strings, and the next second, the strings started to suck the mutation from the Grimm Monsters before depositing it into the quern.

The easiest target is the elites; they are the weakest.

Before receiving the blessing, most elites had been the unranked tyrant, but the blessing had turned each and every one of them into the peal elite.

As opposite to Elites, it is quite hard to suck off the mutations of the Masters; I had to put up quite an effort to suck it. All the mutation that is being sucked is getting filled into the top plate of the quern, which and every other plate below it divided itself into the different compartments to house different levels of mutation.

If I want to, I could mix it all since they are from the same bloodline, but it will defeat the purpose. I need them of the different levels so they could be used on the people of the different levels; I have a grand vision for the mutation I will collect from the Grimm Monster.

Little more than a minute pa.s.sed by when I have stopped the sucking mutation from the Elite. I had reached the limit of what I could suck and purify after that.

The mutation is just a diluted offshoot of the bloodline; at the current level, I could only purify the mutation that had a very low level of bloodline source. As it got stronger, it became harder to purify it reached above my ability.

The Green and Silver runes have the ability to purify, which is beyond my comprehension; when they are done with the purification, there is not even a hint of wildness had remained. h.e.l.l, one could not even tell the energy is from the bloodline, much less from which bloodline.

The quern is my attempt to replicate the abilities of the runes; while its ability is nothing compared to the runes, it is more than enough to suit my purpose.

Three more minutes pa.s.sed, and I reached the limit with the leaders, and now, only masters have remained. Sucking the mutation of them is quite hard, but I am doing it slowly and should be done with the ten some minutes.

As I was busy sucking off the mutation, I felt an attack coming at me. The Grimm Monster acted suddenly and with a very fast speed that my teammates did not even get a chance to warn me.

Bang!

"f.u.c.k off!" I said as a sword appeared in my hand and back of it directly stuck the ax of sending it flying toward thirty-three, who pierced his dagger into its head, killing it in an instant.

With the disturbance dealt with, I again focused my all on extracting mutation, and as I had expected, I had about fourteen minutes to finish off the extraction. When I looked at the amount I had collected, a smile couldn't help but appear on my face.

I had collected a huge amount of mutation of every level; it will help me immensely and also others.

After I finished with the extraction of the mutation, I began summoning the runes. There is a huge amount of bloodline mutation beyond my ability; I could not leave it behind; it would be an extremely wasteful thing to do when the runes could purify it and strengthen my core with it.

Twelve seconds later, runes came out of me and spread into my armor before spreading into my strings connected to the Grimm Monsters.

As they did, the harvest process began, and a huge amount of purified bloodline essence came inside me. There is no difference between regular purified bloodlines essence and purified mutated bloodline essence; as I had said, the runes are too powerful for something like that to affect their purification.

The huge purified essence was divided into four parts, and my share was again divided into two, but I did not mind as this time there was a huge amount of purified bloodline essence.

It took nearly a minute to harvest all the Grimm Monsters before a flood of strengthening energy released inside me and began to enrich every part of my body.

I felt myself getting stronger every second as my body absorbed this strengthening energy, and half a minute later, I finally broke into the peak of Elite cla.s.s, and the strengthening energy was far from being finished.

It took nearly three minutes for me to absorb every speck of strengthening energy, and when I was done, I felt like I was the most powerful man in the world with the power to crush any opponent in a single attack.
