"Yes, there is some truth, but most of what she did was harmless, and she had been extremly careful. If not for that, the council wouldn't have let her go with just a slap on the wrist," He said, and I am not convinced; the rumors I had heard were quite vivid.

"You have enough access, so read about the case, and if you still don't think she deserves a chance, then you can choose someone else," he said.

I couldn't help but become surprised by his recommendation; it seemed like he knew the women well. I added her name to the list of people I have to interview, though I will first read about the whole case as he recommended.

"I have become an old woman," She said finally with sadness and disappointment, and hearing that, a laugh couldn't help but escape my mouth, which instantly made her glare at me. Like her daughter, the teacher also gets angry very quickly but through the years, she learned to control it that it is very hard to see her angry, even if she is.

"You are beautiful, and no matter how old you grow, you will always be beautiful," I said and snaked my arms around her waist and kissed her.

"It will also help you in evading those powerful restrictions of your Inheritance," I said, and I could tell she was shocked, but she recovered quickly. She has gotten used to such things that they did not affect her much.

"You don't seem completely sure about it?" She asked, picking up the doubts in my voice that not many would be able to do.

"Yes, there are chances that it might not work as intended and even be might dangerous to you," I said and looked at her for an answer, and this time, it was she that laughed.

"You will not take risks when it comes to my life, dear. I am sure you will be able to handle all risks that came in my way," she said and once again leaned in to kiss me, telling me how much she believed in me.
