"My? They're visiting the island."

"Apparently it's a good tourist spot."

"Indeed," she trailed off, "What do I do? I haven't seen my cute little sister in a while.."

Oujiro exhaled deeply, "Quit the act, you're the one who made sure Karas.h.i.+ma won those tickets."

"Now, now. It was a coincidence. If you don't agree, you must report me."

"Do you think?."Laughter filled the other line, and he sighed once again, "Kyoko-san, is there any needs to mess with me right now?"

"There isn't a particular need for it. But let's see, I guess you can say I'm sulking."

"Your offer?"

"Boo, you turned me down. The old you who would call me 'Kyo-chan' wouldn't do that."

"Quit messing around, that was when.."'When he liked you.' but he doesn't have the confidence to admit that out loud now.

"Kyoko-San, will you.."

Kyoko finished his sentence of, "I know, I'll test her."

"Thank you." he thanked her.

"No, it's my duty. But is it all right? If it's terrible as you told me.."

"That's why."

After saying a few more words, he ends the call and slumped to the ground. He's doing this for her sake.

June 17, 2035, Boat.

"Did you not want to be alone with me?" Haruka asked her straight up.

The girl's face reddens, "That's not it…"

"Then…" he paused seeing how flushed the girl's face was and sighed quietly to himself. She really makes this easy for him. He had been teasing her since boarding, licking her ear, sucking her neck and leaving markings. Before it finally came to this.

Before he could kiss her however, someone hit him across the head. He cursed, this won't be easy.

"While you two being lovey-dovey is great and all. If you don't want your lives to end…" Jaehee didn't have time to finish her own sentence when Ichinose marched up to Lila and Yumeko went up to Haruka.

She shrugged, well maybe she should have warned them sooner. When the girl collapses and Haruka catches her.

Jaehee sighed, "There's a bas.e.m.e.nt downstairs, will that do?"

Haruka nodded and turned to leave.

A negative reaction, is it because the island is close? When Jaehee saw the location, she wanted to laugh.

"You two, stop acting paranoid," Mikami commented. Both Lilchan and senpai had been gone for the past two hours, and since then Yumeko-chan and Ichinose have been pacing back and forth.

"But--" Yumeko protested.

"They-" Ichinose protested.

"Are sensible grown-ups. They won't do anything uncalled for in a trip with all their friends."Mikami said.

Well, then again. For senpai, trips like this are most likely the best opportunity for that. His gaze landed on where Jaehee was and walked over.

"Something wrong?"

"How long do you think it will take for those two to date?"

Sensing how worried she was, Mikami shook his head, "It's too soon to tell I'm afraid."

Haruka immediately catches the girl, and her cheeks reddened further. Is she really nervous around him? He doesn't get it. "Rest?"

It didn't take them long to reach the island when he saw the place. Haruka frowned slightly, there was something about this place that wasn't normal. Is it fine for him to be here? But the moment he stepped out, he found that nothing happened and glanced over. Blonde hair, amethyst coloured eyes. Teras.h.i.+ma Kyoko.

"Wahhhh," Lila exclaimed, and he watched as the girl left his side and rushed over and buried herself in her sisters embrace. It's a good thing she isn't hugging another guy in front of him.

Kyoko laughed and patted the girls head. "You're still the same as ever. There, there."

.. He isn't good with people like Teras.h.i.+ma Kyoko, so when he heard they would meet her too. He was reluctant to go. This one surely knows. The girls gaze briefly met his, and he flinched. Damm. She quickly turned to the others though.

"The Universal S folks? Thank you for taking care of her."

"Um, could I ask what your relations.h.i.+p is.." Yumeko asked. The girl seemed rather taken back when he asked her to come along. Well, it's not like he wanted to.

Aside from Yumeko, everyone knows.

"Hmm, something special." Teras.h.i.+ma Kyoko said with a bright smile. What's with that vague answer? Just tell her.

"Kyoko-San, everyone's tired."

"Ah, that's true. Well, you don't have to worry about food, everything's stocked and dinners already been made. Your lodgings will be over there." Kyoko pointed to the top of the hill.

Seeing this the group was speechless. But Yumeko was the first to speak up, "Let's go! We must advance forward."

"That's right, onwards we go." Takahiro joined in.

He rolled his eyes, what a bunch of idiots. He wonders if he will even get time alone with her, with all of them and even the sister around. Well, he guesses he will find out later.

"Karas.h.i.+mkun, come with us."

"...Yeah."

After walking for a few minutes, Teras.h.i.+ma Kyoko suddenly said. "LilChan, Karas.h.i.+mkun looks lonely."

The girl realises and lets's go of her sister, she cautiously walked back to him.

"What?" he said, irritated. Teras.h.i.+ma Kyoko actions for the last 30 minutes bothered him greatly, it was clear as day, that she purposely stirred him up.

"I'll walk with you Haruka."

Now she wants to walk with him? Well, no matter.

Haruka grabbed hold of the girl's hand, "Um.."

"Got a problem?" he asked.

Lila shook her head, and stammered, "N—no."

Seeing her flushed cheeks, his gaze softened. He wonders if she's happy, being able to hold hands with him.

"Onee-c-" Lila's sentence fell short when the door closed behind her.

"Have fun ~!" Were the last words her sister said before she heard the sound of fading footsteps.

Lila didn't have to attempt to open the door to know her sister locked it, using he powers. The thought of being left alone with Haruka, however, made her heart beat increase. Is this really okay?

Thump.

Did her sister notice…?

"Well, this is perfect. Now then, what will I do with you?" Haruka's lips grazed against her ear, and she froze. This is bad.

"H—Haruka, um.." she stammered. But Haruka wasted no time and turned her around to kiss her. Ever since she kissed him back that time, she has been very careful. But even then, it was difficult.

"So? What's with you? Wanting to go on a trip with me and then inviting those third wheels along.." Haruka said casually as he pulled away.

It's not fair how calm he is whenever he kisses her. Lila shook her head, no use getting worked up about it.

Haruka sighed, noting that she didn't respond and let go of her. For the next few minutes. Lila tried to calm her beating heart.

She's way too nervous. But, ' I'll speak with you alone, tomorrow morning…' Onee-chan, wants her to relax today. So she ought to do so. Lila's gaze landed on Haruka who was laying down on the couch. Is he tired? He didn't rest much, on the boat journey here. Cautiously Lila gradually came over. When she was close, Haruka grabbed hold of her wrist.

Thump.

"Whwhat?" Lila stammered.

"Let's kiss again.," Haruka brought up.

Thump, thump.

"C-could you at least let me get changed.."

Haruka tugged on her s.h.i.+rt and Lila shook her head, "I can do it myself."

"Don't be shy."

She wanted nothing more than to hide. Isn't he being too forward with her? "I'm not…" she murmured.

Haruka exhaled deeply and pulled her into his arms, oh! "Well enough of that. I don't mind hugging you with your clothes on.."

Wa—was he planning on hugging her when she was naked? This guy has no shame!

"Won't you tell me? You've been acting strange around me recently."

"It's not like that…"

"Really?"

Not completely. The reason she is acting strangely isn't solely because of Haruka; there are other external factors involved here. But she supposed that's what it would look like in his eyes.

"Haruka, um, will you help me finish the song?"

"Huh?"

"Um, is it okay?" Lila repeated. She didn't know she startled him and asked normally.

Haruka exhaled deeply, "Isn't it a love song? You want me to finish writing the rest of it? You'll change the meaning if you do that."

Lila shook her head, as she drawled, "It's not a love song."

He raised his eyebrows, "It's not?"

"It's a song ...um to help me overcome the darkness... Kiryu, he…." Lila didn't know how to explain it, but to her surprise; Haruka nodded.

"If that's it, then all right.."

Lila blinked surprised, "Eh?"

He flicked her forehead, "I said I'll help you. Let me take a nap for a while, I'm tired."

Lila nodded, still completely surprised. Before she realised that she was still in his arms. She attempted to leave but his hold on her tightened, "Stay with me."

She doesn't reply, but she stopped struggling too. Lila remained silent until she heard his quiet breathing. She extended her hand out and caressed his face with her hands. She really doesn't understand this person. She is still getting to know him, and yet in contrast to when they first met. In contrast to when she first came here, something has changed.

Haruka, she wants to know, more about him. More about this relations.h.i.+p they share. Is this?.
