Dream Star 169 Seeing You Again 2

July 2035, Following day, (Haruka and Lila's apartment)

Being Haruka's girlfriend. Lila has learned a lot of things about him she couldn't confirm before. If it wasn't obvious, a guy like Haruka likes s.e.x a lot. She pulled away from their morning kiss, face flushed red, knees weal.

"Haruka, I think you're stupid sometimes.." Lila commented.

"Well, I'm sure you expected it.."

"Stupid, what's with your stamina."

Haruka laughed, "That's the problem?"

"Ah-huh."

She can't keep up with him, and she faints half the time. Haruka cupped her cheeks, "You'll get used to it." He breathed.

She will, huh?

"But I'm not superb. I'm worried that you'll tire of me…"

Haruka suddenly became quiet, and she paused. Did he find that annoying?

Lila called his name out, "Haruka?"

"Get tired? Me? Of you? Don't be ridiculous. Why would I tire of this…" To prove his point, he pushed her down on to the bed. Haruka lifted her s.h.i.+rt and licked and suck her b.r.e.a.s.t.s while his hands trailed on her sides.

"I---I get it... S—st—stop." Lila stammered. Any more and she really won't be able to take it. Her heart is beating so fast and her body is so worn out.

"Why are you so nervous? We've been dating for a while now. And I pounced on you every day since…"

"N-not every day.." she stammered.

"Well, we've done it a lot."

"Haruka, um you have to understand. This is my first relations.h.i.+p outside Kiryu. I'm not used to…"

Haruka's gaze darkened slightly, and she stopped talking. Haruka gets angry every time she mentions Kiryu. So she refrains from talking about him.. "Haruka, will you help me get used to it?"

"Yeah."

Lila eventually gets him off, not before hitting him though. Haruka frowned.

"W-we have to go to work!" Lila exclaimed.

"..."

d.a.m.n, why does he still get hit when he's already dating her? "You want to go to work looking like that?"

"I'll take a shower; there's time."

If there's time, why did they stop?

"Jae-hee stop laughing.." Haruka said.

After explaining the story, the woman burst into laughter.

"Seriously, you don't get it?" Jae-hee said.

"A lady's body is delicate. How many times have you touched her already?" Mikami said.

"Every day? At least a couple of times."

If it was just Jae-hee fair enough, but Mikami was there too. The two suddenly huddled up, and he frowned, "What are you two doing?" Haruka questioned.

"Betting when she will dump you," Jae-hee said.

"Hey!"

Mikami shook his head, "But senpai, you can't just have s.e.x with her every day. Take her on a date."

Jae-hee nodded, "Right. The lessons are getting fiercer. Even I'm surprised by how harsh things are getting. It's no problem for me since I'm a pro already, the same goes for her. But if you're wearing her out every day that explains why she collapsed during practice the other day.."

Haruka's eyes widened at this piece of information, "She collapsed?"

"Yeah, it was bad…"

"She didn't tell you senpai?" Mikami asked.

Haruka recalled asking what was wrong, the other day.

'I'm fine.'

She lied.

Haruka sent for her, and she came right away.

"You fainted?" Haruka asked as he pulled her towards him.

"Ah Um…"

So she did. Haruka exhaled deeply; perhaps it was a bad idea for him to date her. Maybe he should have waited.

"Haruka say..." Lila spoke up.

"Hmm?"

"Um... I want to go on a date..."

Haruka apologized, realizing where she was getting at. "Sorry, lately..."

"N—no I like this too but um...." Lila trailed off and played with her fingers, "It would be our first date as a couple.."

G.o.d, she's so cute.

"Where would you like to go?" Haruka asked her kindly.

"Ah, you see.." Lila pulled out a map of the town and pointed to a location in the east. He frowned.

"The center?"

"I heard it's beautiful there."

Despite Lila's vague wording, Haruka understood what she meant. She heard it must be from Yumeko.

That stupid girl.

"Haruka?"

"Let's go now." If he recalled correctly, that place should still be open now.

"T—that's too soon.. um Friday?"

"... Why Friday?" Haruka asked he wore a puzzled look on his face.

"I need to get ready.."

For three days?

Lila's cheeks reddened, "You have to let me prepare Haruka.."

Well, yeah all right but still. Wasn't Lila impatient about going on a date? Why does he have to wait so long? Haruka hugged her, "Don't make me wait too long, are you going to dress up for me?"

"Ah-huh, what color do you like Haruka?"

He prefers her naked, but he supposes he does have preferences. "I want you to wear purple; I haven't seen you in that in a while… mm, still have that dress from our little date last year?"

"Ah I do, and um that wasn't a date."

"Sure. Wear that."

"Okay."

When Haruka fell asleep, Lila wrapped the blanket she always brought along around him. He must be working a lot behind the scenes again. Athough Haruka is by her side a lot more now since the two of them are dating each other. It doesn't change the fact that Haruka still leaves her a lot. He's working hard for her sake, but it doesn't change the reality that they are enemies. It's complicated. She carefully goes through his bag and takes out a few doc.u.ments he kept sealed at the back. She doesn't want to do this. But, if she hesitates any further, it will hurt more people.

Would he get angry if he found out? He surely would. Even if she is his girlfriend, going through his belongings is a bit over board. No, even more. By doing this, she's proving that they are actually enemies. She's destroying the act they've built this whole time.

"I found it, shall I send a copy over?"

"Oh, that was fast."

"Not really." She observed his movements closely for the last few days. In doing so Lila found that he always uses a specific bag on the days he goes to that place. She placed her hands on top of the doc.u.ments, as a light surrounded her palm, copying the text.

"Well, while you do that. How's the relations.h.i.+p?" Soichiro asked.

Sensing his tone, she wanted to stop the transfer of the doc.u.ments. But she shook her head; she shouldn't let this guy mocking tone get to her.

"It's fine. And also, I'll be moving out the dorms permanently. So handle that matter."

"Ah? You will live with him; I suppose that works to our advantage too." Soichiro said, tone filled with approval.

Lila scolded, "My relations.h.i.+p with him has nothing to do with my agreement with helping you."

Soichiro exhaled deeply, "Are you crazy? You're practically a spy since you're dating him. Why wouldn't anyone on our side use that to our advantage? Or rather you. Are you sure you're dating him because you have feelings for him?"

"I am!" she retorted, "Don't a.s.sume that everyone has ulterior motives towards another person. I like him, so I'm dating him. I left Kiryu because of my feelings. Why would I leave Kiryu just to satisfy your ego with this stupid job and mission? Don't flatter yourself. I never wanted to join your side in the beginning. If I never made that agreement with you before, our paths would never have crossed in the beginning."

"And you're getting all worked up, is your relations.h.i.+p fine…?" Soichiro asked.

"Of course it is…" She repeated those words to herself.

There's surely nothing wrong. Lila knows she is happy with Haruka.

"And Austin Kiryu?"

"Don't bring up Kiryu now."

On the other line, Soichiro sighs grew even more substantial, as he replied, "You're helpless. Do you know why you are suffering more now? Its because you're trying to stop yourself from thinking about Austin Kiryu. Need I remind you, that a connection doesn't just break like that. But you can fool yourself that it's gone if you stop thinking about the other person."

"That's--"

"Well, that's your choice."
