Dream Star 381 Uncomfortable

Lila had seen many situations like this already; at least she saw enough that she believed she wouldn't get fl.u.s.tered anymore. But, that was not the case here. The moment they arrived, she turned red at the scene she saw before her, 'So this is why he was so against it,' Lila thought. Currently, the temperature in the 'garage' area was hot, and everybody was practically in their undergarments. How indecent, even if it is a place n.o.body goes too anymore. It's still a public s.p.a.ce.

A woman was wearing a skimpy red dress that matched her fiery hair. Her eyes brightened upon seeing Haruka, "Haru~!" she stood up and was about to rush over when the girl's gaze landed on her, "Who is this?"

"The girlfriend, or was it wife?" a familiar voice said from beside the redhead.

It was Sophia.

"Wife," Haruka corrected.

Sophia laughed, "There you have it," the blonde walked over and grabbed hold of her hand, "See, there's even a ring," Lila hated how the girl said it in such a mocking voice.

The redhead frowned, "This girl?" she scanned her up and down, "She's a child, you can tell that she doesn't have much s.e.x."

Lila couldn't believe this, since when is the amount of times a person has s.e.x is a crucial factor in deciding a relations.h.i.+p?

"Lila, this is Scarlett. And Scarlett, meet Teras.h.i.+ma Lila," Haruka wrapped his arms around her shoulders, "My wife."

Lila liked his introduction of her; he was showing she was his. However, for some reason, this didn't phase Scarlett, "Do you want a seat in the usual place? Oh, there's a curtain there, and the stuff has been restocked."

"Hey Scarlett, Lila isn't..."

"Haruka," Scarlett said sharply, "This isn't the first time you've brought a woman here, so I think I know what's up. Everybody is noisy today, so you don't have to worry about causing too much damage. And if she gets too clingy, well we will deal with her like usual."

From those words, Lila immediately understood. Haruka brought other girls here before, that didn't surprise her. She already knows about his past after all. But what surprised her was what Scarlett said at the end. How do they deal with the girl's who get too clingy and attached to Haruka? That's a stupid question; they most likely dispose of them using cruel means.

Lila was about to speak up; she would not let this woman think she was weak. However, Haruka was already dragging her away. It didn't take them long before they reached Haruka's usual spot. It was in the corner of the room, a bit far from everybody else. A curtain surrounding the chairs, but Lila could tell that the material wasn't used to cover up. The curtain material was thin and transparent; anybody could see inside if they looked.

"Haruka, what---"

"Sorry about her," Haruka apologized, "But this is that sort of place, so you'll have to stick to me.. And if you don't mind doing something, we can."

Lila didn't know what to say; she did figure that the place they would be going to wouldn't be normal. But like she thought previously, she does not understand the mindset of people who belong to this circle. Why waste their lives away, drinking, and smoking? Why risk their health and let their lives rot away here when they have the potential to do something else?

"By doing something, you mean kissing?"

Haruka smiled, "Your too s.e.xy to be innocent anymore," he brought his lips to her ear, "I meant we could do other things," his hands are on her thighs, and Lila felt her heartbeat increase.

She always felt stupid whenever her heart beat increased like this around him. After all, the two of them are already dating each other. He's already her boyfriend, what use is there in feeling nervous? Lila shook her head and saw his expression drop.

"I mean if we do. Then won't that prove that woman's point?" she was referring to Scarlett's comment. If Haruka sleeps with her now, it will only prove that she isn't different and that she's like the others.

"I don't care what they think, weren't we going to continue, anyway? We could only kiss in the car."

"That's because your bodyguard was in a bad mood today, he apparently didn't want to hear it."

"That's because his girlfriend dumped him, he didn't have to take it out on me," Haruka brought his face closer to hers, "You don't want me now?"

"Idiot, we need to prove a point. So," it killed Lila not to touch him. But after hearing such condescending words, Lila wanted to prove her point. These people seem to think she is just like the other girls, but Lila knew she was different. Even before they went out, Haruka has always treated her differently than other girls. Still, Lila reached over and brought her lips to his, "We can do more later, okay?"

Haruka smiled, "Yeah, it seems like it. Do you want some food? I'll get us something to eat," since Haruka's bodyguard was in a bad mood, they didn't return to the apartment and just headed straight here.

"Okay," she watched as Haruka stand up, and Lila reached over for the phone in her bag.

1; 30 pm, Lila wasn't aware that they spent so long in Soichiro's company. Now that she has calmed down, Lila understands the consequences of her outburst. But even then, 'This is for the best,' Lila thought. Eventually, she would have to cut ties with Soichiro anyway. So like this timing was actually good.

When Haruka didn't return for a few minutes, Lila stood up to find him. But the moment she did, the curtains opened, revealing a very drunk looking Haruka. Lila made her way over, and he buried his face in her neck, "Nnnnghh,"

"Haruka, did you drink something?"

"Just a little," he muttered, "Gosh, you smell so good," his lips are licking her neck in antic.i.p.ation. But Lila shook her head, can't destroy the plan. She quickly wrapped her arms around him and brought him back to the couch, "Lila, Lila."

Lila frowned, they must have drugged him again. A deep sigh pa.s.sed her lips, why is her boyfriend so gullible. Does she have to watch him twenty-four seven now? Since he is like this, she supposed it couldn't be avoided, "Haruka, hold me," she whispered.

She felt his lips at her neck, oh he's drinking her blood.

Haruka suddenly stopped, almost as though something just hit him, "Haruka?"

"s.h.i.+t," he cursed and pulled back from her.

"Haruka?"

"Sorry," Haruka ran his hand through his hair that was drenched in sweat, "Just now,"

Did he regain his senses? Is it because he drank her blood? Lila brought her clothes to her chest, and realized that it was too torn for her to wear, "Haruka, do you have a s.h.i.+rt I could borrow?"

Haruka looked at her, "I'll send for your clothes,"

"Ah, but,"

"Even if he is in a bad mood, he's still my guard," Haruka reminded her.

That's true, "Then, I'll trouble you to ask," Haruka nodded at her words and pulled out his phone. That surprised her though, Haruka stopping midway. He's never done that before. Lila reached over and buried her face in his back; he's warm. So comfortable.

"Lila, maybe you should go home," Haruka murmured.

"No, we're staying together today."

She knew she was acting stubborn. After they drugged Haruka, it's clear that they will try something with her too. But even so, "I don't mind Haruka," she murmured as long as Haruka is the one holding her.

Haruka turned to face her and cupped her cheek with his hands, "I really am a bad influence on you."

In the end, Haruka didn't do anything; she knew they had that talk earlier. But Lila knew it would take time for him to adapt, to think on the very day they spoke about it he would stop. Living a life together with Haruka, she's already experienced it. But she supposes it will be different when they get married? Haruka had his arms wrapped around her as she sat beside him, sipping on the juice he gave her to drink. Lila peeked at him from time to time. Earlier they had that very honest talk with each other. Haruka, will he control himself from now on around her?

It's hard to believe, but what he did just now shows he is trying.

"Hey, what are you doing?"

"Cuddling," Lila murmured against his neck, 'and smelling you,' but she isn't going to tell him that. Haruka must have realized since he caressed her hair. Whenever Haruka holds her in his arms, it feels like time has stopped, "Say, Haruka, are we still going on that date tonight?"

His lips curve to a smile, "Yeah, I figured out where we could go to. There's a new park on the outskirts of town."

"Ah, I went there with Kiryu already," Lila recalled that time he showed her around.

Haruka's eyes twitch in annoyance, "Oh, right, you had a date with him."

Lila hit him and pouted, "It wasn't a date, ah I know! There's a place I've heard about at work, why don't we go there?"

"Well, as long as we get to go somewhere together."
