Mikami's words, however, were too vague for Kasumi to feel revealed. She is glad that Lila is still thinking about Kiryu, and that her friend hasn't completely dismissed her previous relations.h.i.+p with him. However, 'How much longer will that continue?' Kasumi wondered. This is a matter of time. While Lila is still thinking about Kiryu fondly, they ought to strike. If they keep putting off this situation, then the worse it will get.

As each day pa.s.ses by, Lila will grow more and more in love with Karas.h.i.+ma Haruka. She simply can't allow that to happen.

"By the way, what are you doing?" Kasumi asked, at some point, Mikami had begun to hold her hand.

"Holding your hand, it's very soft."

Kasumi stepped on his foot with her heels, but she didn't let go of his hand, "You're such a moron, you knew and yet you avoided me for so long," now that there is no more awkwardness between them. Kasumi spoke to him like usual.

Mikami smiled, "Sorry, sorry. But I was waiting for a good time."

Kasumi glared at him, "And the real reason?"

"You look cute when you're angry and on the verge of crying, wanted to see how much you wanted me," Mikami answered.

She looked at him with a stunned expression, 'This man is a s.a.d.i.s.t,' Kasumi muttered in her head. What's with that type of reasoning? Since it's Mikami, Kasumi knew full well that he meant his words. Seriously, to think she was worried about this for such a long time.

"Besides Kazamsenpai told me."

.... Wait, wait, what?!! Kazamsenpai?!! Kasumi's eyes were very wide at this point. She did hear that they knew each other. But for Mikami to address him so formally must mean he respects him. Kasumi should have done her research, but she had so much going on when she was in France. These last few months have been very hectic for her. That's why it didn't cross her mind to do basic things that she would have done so before.

"Say Kasumi-chan?"

"What?"

"Not going to kiss me?" Mikami said.

Kasumi looked at him questioningly, when she recalled something they spoke about before. Ah, now that he mentioned it. She made a stupid promise about kissing him back whenever they saw each other.

Kasumi carefully averted her eyes from his, "I don't want to," she remarked. It was a lie of course, of course, she wanted to kiss him. Who wouldn't?

Perhaps Mikami understood what she was thinking since his lips curve to a smile. He let's go of her hand and wrapped his arms around her. Kasumi gasped when their bodies made contact. Over the years Mikami had become stronger, his build was more muscular than before. No traces of that weak child he once was remained.

Unfortunately, this was bad for her, since this meant that whenever Mikami got like this she would not be able to escape. While she is strong, men are built differently from women. In terms of physical strength, she would still lose.

"I see you are defying me now, how disobedient you've become my dear," Mikami's smile widened. His arm went around her back, preventing her from escaping, with a serious look he said, "Kiss me, my dear Kasumi. You know you want to,"

Ah, well that was certainly true.

Obediently, she lifted her mouth to his. Their kiss was slow, long and deep. Lazily, his tongue slid against hers as his hold on her tightened.

Kasumi's thoughts broke off when she hears movement inside one of the rooms nearby. She frowned, seeing Mikami distracted too she immediately pried herself from him and made her way to the source of the sound. Is it Miyazawa? The sound she heard was moaning and rigorous movement, no other people went by this area except Miyazawa so -- Kasumi froze when she saw who it was.

To her surprise, leaning against the sink was Lila. Her friend had her back pressed was pressed against it and her eyes were closed tightly as she touched the tall, brooding man who towered her pet.i.te frame.

In front of her, the man's larger body fit against hers. His arms held Lila tightly while her own gave up on pus.h.i.+ng him away and s.h.i.+fted to fist into the material of his s.h.i.+rt around his back. Karas.h.i.+ma had lowered his face so it was under Lila's neck which he was sucking intently.

"Haruka," Lila whimpered, "H—haruka, Haruka, um what about our deal?"

"This is part of the plan dearest, were the sideshow," he said teasingly.

"R—right, I'll do my best.."

Kasumi coughed and Karas.h.i.+ma stopped, he turned to them with eyes filled with pa.s.sion still.

"What?" he clicked his tongue in annoyance.

Mikami chuckled and answered, "Were just checking on you, things going well?" It's then Lila escapes Karas.h.i.+ma's hold and quickly hid behind Mikami, who simply laughed, "What did senpai do now Lilchan?

"Haruka keeps bullying me."

Haruka simply sighed, "I'm sticking to our deal you know? So I'm simply bullying you in public instead of doing it with you, besides I didn't see you complaining," Haruka walked over and pulled Lila away from Mikami. He seemed bothered by the fact that her friend went to him. But it didn't surprise Kasumi, Lila used to do that a lot whenever she fought with Kiryu. Except before she would hide behind her.

It seems like Mikami has been watching over Lila like she instructed him, but it made her feel slightly uncomfortable. She didn't think Lila would go to Mikami so easily like that, and maybe she did feel slightly jealous that the two became so close. Kasumi shook her head, what use is there getting jealous about her best friend? It does her no good at all, besides Lila is in head over heels with Karas.h.i.+ma Haruka.

"What did you do to her?" Kasumi demanded. Lila only got like this before whenever quote Kiryu expressed his desires towards her too much.

"Nothing, I only tore her clothes a bit."

"Haruka shredded my previous clothes and tied me up with it," Lila explained.

Kasumi dropped the device she was holding in her hand. It smashed to bits on the ground. She was using that device to track Rosalia and knew she should be concerned because she just broke it. But that was the last thing on her mind, after hearing this. Her mouth hung open completely wide in shock. Did she just hear what she think she did? Now that she got a better look at her friend, the dress Lila wore now was completely different.

'Unbelievable,' Kasumi exclaimed in her head. To think Lila would do something so daring in. a public s.p.a.ce. Okay, so they were behind closed doors and not exactly in public or anything. But that didn't change the fact that she never would have thought Lila would one day get so used to such acts. It wasn't too long ago where a single kiss would make her friend act all fl.u.s.tered. She even used to call Kiryu a pervert for holding her hand all the time. How times have changed.

Lila must have just realized what she just said. Since Kasumi watched, as the girl's face went as red as a tomato. Lila tried to maintain a calm expression, but it didn't help that Karas.h.i.+ma had wrapped his arms around her.

Karas.h.i.+ma leaned over her and murmured something in her friend's ear, causing her friend to blush. Lila turned away but not because she was angry, it seemed like Karas.h.i.+ma said something that made Lila forgive him. What a bunch of idiots, what is with these two? Kasumi used to think that Lila and Kiryu were a stupid couple, but watching this now she thought so otherwise.

When Lila goes to the bathroom, Karas.h.i.+ma voices his thoughts on the matter.

"You know I'm starting to think that she like it when I tease her," Haruka remarked. Kasumi is utterly speechless when she hears this. Is this man stupid or something? He calls something perverted 'teasing?' Or rather, Kasumi really didn't want to hear this conversation.

"Maybe she's a m.a.s.o.c.h.i.s.t?" Haruka muttered.

Kasumi really wanted to hit this man, what is with this person? He's clearly the strange one and yet he's making it sound like Lila is the weird person.

Mikami shrugged, "Who knows? The only one who fits that description is my dear Kasumi," Kei said with a wide smile.

Kasumi shot him an angry look, "Quit acting stupid."

"But just now, you were--" she let's go of his hand then Mikami's face fell, "Now, Kasumi-chan, don't get so angry."

This really isn't the time for any of this, Kasumi knew that better than anybody. A deep sigh pa.s.sed her lips, she doesn't understand the friends.h.i.+p between these two at all. But she does recall Mikami saying that he learned his so-called flirting and playboy ways from Karas.h.i.+ma. Is that why Mikami respects him? It can't be that. Kasumi knew full well that Mikami never wanted to flirt with other girls, or get involved with this sort of thing. If it weren't for what happened when they were kids, he wouldn't have gotten involved with such people.
