Lila exclaimed stop, as she covered her red stained face with her hands. She should have known he wouldn't stop until he got what he wanted. But she believed that as of late, he was starting to respect her feelings more. In the first place, they really shouldn't be doing this. She may not be accepting his advances but she can't say she is rejecting them either.

She really is puzzled Kiryu and her. Are they still dating? He never really answered her.

However, he did confess to her again in the most romantic way possible. Lila hasn't forgotten it, even for a single second.

"...huh?"

"Em..."

"Still shy?"Haruka asked.

It's got nothing to do with being shy or not. Lately, hasn't he been too bold? If it was the past then, she could have easily evaded it. But lately, he demands more from her. This is bad, she won't be able to stop him forever...

"Well..um..but were in school Haruka.."

"That, is that such a big deal?"

"Eh?"

"The setting."

"Well.."

"I just want to touch you. You don't want that?"

Oh, he seemed upset... Lila s.h.i.+fted closer.

"If we're not touching, getting close is bad"

"Haruka...it's okay.."

Haruka really... is different from Kiryu. Lila wanted to protect him, she wanted to get closer. It's okay to follow those feelings right? Lila extended her hand out to play with his hair, "Haruka, um can I see you during lunch?"

"Sorry, I have an appointment."

"..Oh right."

Even though it feels like they've gotten closer.

He must have seen her expression, since he quickly added, "It's short."

"Okay...."

"You, your the only one I'll see for so long...so.."

"Ah-huh. I get it."

She gets it, she's special to him. And his feelings…she understood it full well by now...

Lila still found herself stammering a reply, "H--Haruka, aren't you getting cold."

"Hm? No, you are keeping me warm."

He's saying such misleading sounding things. Still, Lila moved away slightly and rummaged through her bag. She returned with the blanket and Haruka took it from her.

"So, your cold?" he asked, as he proceeded to wrap it around her.

Lila shook her head, "No, um, I'm worried about you."

"Were both recovering from a cold. Let's just share it."

"Alright.."

"Do you want to kiss some more?!"

"Um.."

"You keep looking."

"I want to.."

"Yeah. I thought so.."

When Haruka's lips meet hers, Lila is more willing this time. It's only a kiss. It's okay, isn't it? She doesn't really understand.

It feels so comfortable… She just wants this warmth to linger a bit more. "Use your tongue more."

"I--I'm not already?"

"Yeah, let me enter a bit further."

Lila questions whether or not she is doing this correctly? She doesn't know. A flash of silver appeared in her head and she paused. Kiryu, will Kiryu get angry at her? At that thought, she recalled his words to her about limiting contact. It can't be helped. But, she's lonely. So very lonely and afraid.

"Lila..."

Ah….

"Lila.."

He wonders if he noticed it, the tears that she had been holding back falling from her eyes...

"Takahiro-kun...."

Haruka pulled away from her and stood up...

"Haruka?" Lila said, puzzled.

"Go to the infirmary and rest."

"Haruka, I want to stay with you longer."

"I won't be able to hold myself back. So, leave," he replied coldly.

When the festival is just around the corner, what is that guy doing slacking off for? Where's Takah-her sentence falls short upon catching a glimpse of her childhood friend. He wasn't alone though. Ruka hides behind the wall.

"Uhh…"

Arin was resting her head on Takahiro's chest, causing him to get all fl.u.s.tered.

"Sorry, can you take me to the infirmary Takahiro-kun?"

"Y--yeah."

Wh--what is he doing getting embarra.s.sed for? It's obvious she is sick. There's no way a girl would pay him this much attention... Realising how terrible that sounded, Ruka shook her head. More importantly, why is she hiding like this?

After accompanying the two for a while, Ruka realised the reason the girl was sick. She quickly hurried out without saying anything. How did Karas.h.i.+ma Haruka get yet another girl under his finger? Normally, there's no need to question. But it's clear that there's something different about her.

Ruka shook her head, there's no use thinking about it too deeply. If she gets caught up in such matters, she will end up like Yumeko. Yumeko always acts as though there's nothing wrong. Occasionally, Ruka would catch her with a downcast expression. No, it's not just simple sulking. That dark gaze, hidden sadness. Something she won't understand...

Even though, she considers Yumeko her best friend. She's always felt a barrier between the two of them. She's always felt that there was something the girl held back from telling her.

It's not just Yumeko either. Even Takahiro. Ever since they were younger, there was a barrier. A different one than the one between her and Yumeko, and yet equally uncomfortable. Ruka often asks herself, why are people's hearts so weak.

Maybe it was because she was getting so worked up, but Ruka managed to bold stride across the bridge to the third year buildings with no hesitation. She felt many eyes on her but Ruka simply ignored them. Though she's never gone here before. She knew where to go, despite the complex structure of the school.

She's heard many rumours after all. And saw the photos all over the build boards at the front to remember. She just wanted to distract her thoughts. The truth is, she disliked getting this much attention.

It's different from when she's playing in matches or when she's standing on stage. There's almost something deadly about it.

After walking for 15 minutes, eventually, Ruka arrived at the room.

'Senpai always takes up room 5570...'

Her gaze landed on the steel plate. 5570.

Alright, here it goes. She should prepare herself for what she's about to see...

But even then...when Ruka enters, she meets with something unexpected.

"Mmm... Ah...You're the best, Haruksama... I want more...

Apart from the man's rough panting and the woman's indulgent moans, their conversation was unbearable to listen to as well. Ruka identifies the woman as one of the senior 3rd-year council members....."Ah... Faster... Faster... Don't stop... Haruksama, you're amazing..."

The remaining context of their conversation Ruka didn't listen too since she ducks behind a bookshelf.

.. .even though she was prepared, this is a bit..No Ruka, don't back down now. You have a mission to accomplish. Her thoughts break off when she finds Karas.h.i.+ma's gaze on her.

"Your..."

"Arin, condition looks bad. You should probably go to her." Ruka quickly blurted it out before she loses her nerve.

"Bad?" Haruka said, absentmindedly.

"Yes."

"Hmmm.."

Hmmm? What's with that sort of response? Ah, Arin why on earth were you calling for this guy. "She asked for you."

"We just parted, she knows I'm busy."

She was struggling to get any words out seeing that the two were still continuing. Rather Karas.h.i.+msenpai seemed to initiate it even more.

Ruka immediately took out her phone out and showed him a picture.

At that she watched as he harshly yanked and pushed the girl away, as he hurriedly fixed his clothing, "Say so sooner idiot."

Ruka was startled with his sudden anger, the girl whom he was with too seemed surprised.
