32 Chapter 33 “Instruction“

Long Ao Zhen wiped the sweat on his forehead elegantly.

He had finished his bussiness here. It's time to do his mission which was to search for a translator.

Long Ao Zhen actually wanted to wait till his 'wife', Li s.h.i.+ Ying woke up but he felt that he couldn't meet her in this state. He just erased her memory about him and he couldn't afford to met her right away.

Long Ao Zhen looked around to find a seat for him. Finally he spotted a good seat which was Jiu Wei main seat not far from Li s.h.i.+ Ying place.

Long Ao Zhen walked unhurriedly toward the seat and sat down without saying anything.

He act as if the entire cave was his own house.

Of course how could Jiu Wei scolded Long Ao Zhen? Jiu Wei was more than glad to 'give' away his seat to Long Ao Zhen.

For every spiritual beasts, a mythological beast was akin to a super idol in Li s.h.i.+ Ying former world.

Long Ao Zhen crossed his leg in an arrogant manner and proped his chin on his right hand lazily.

"You. Come here" Long Ao Zhen crooked his finger gesturing Jiu Wei to came forward.

"Yes your highness" Jiu Wei walked slowly and kneel down again in one knee.

"I want you to keep what happen today as a secret. Don't tell her about today event. Don't tell her that i'm her husband. Understand?" Long Ao Zhen spoke in a cold tone with his usual stoic face.

Jiu Wei was startled with Long Ao Zhen request. He was puzzled. Why would his highness want to keep the whole truth from his 'wife'?

But even if Jiu Wei was curious, he nodded his head and decided to just follow what Long Ao Zhen wanted him to do.

Long Ao Zhen stare at Jiu Wei face for a while before talking in a low voice "I also want you to protect her. I leave her safety to you. When i come back i don't want to see her lost even a strand of her hair, okay?"

When he told so, he also added a little pressure to emphasize just how important his order is.

Jiu Wei was sweating in cold sweat while trembling non stop. He swear in his heart to dedicate his life to Long Ao Zhen's wife. He would think of a plan to protect her as long as he still alive.

"Understood your highness. I will not disappoint you!" Jiu Wei patted his chest and spoke with determination.

"Hm. Serve her well" Long Ao Zhen nodded his head in content.

Long Ao Zhen was in a good mood because now he could leave her 'wife' in the right hand. He wouldn't be worried about her safety anymore.

At first he wanted to leave a few of his shadow guards to guard Li s.h.i.+ Ying but he just remember that he needed them as a messenger and servants. In the end he decide to leave the weakest member of his shadow guards to relay message about Li s.h.i.+ Ying to him. In the same time, the shadow guard could protect Li s.h.i.+ Ying too..

Hmm more precaution is some time necessary.

On the other side, Jiu Wei was actually wanted to tell Long Ao Zhen that inside Li s.h.i.+ Ying body, there was a rare slow-acting poison which even he couldn't cure. But seeing Long Ao Zhen good mood he just couldn't say it. The word he wanted to say was stopped on the tip of his tongue.

In the end, Jiu Wei choose to kept silent. It was a slow-acting poison, it's not like the girl will die in a short time anyway.

Long Ao Zhen also told Jiu Wei to granted everything that his 'wife' wanted. Wether it was clothes, jewelry or anything. Long Ao Zhen asked Jiu Wei wether he needed money or not and Jiu Wei answered that he had money and so Long Ao Zhen didn't give him more.

Long Ao Zhen only told Jiu Wei to ask the shadow guard left behind to relay message if they ever sort of money.

One of the shadow guard outside was called by Long Ao Zhen. The one he called was the youngest one among the 10 guards.

Long Ao Zhen gave the young guard a task to follow Li s.h.i.+ Ying in the dark and relayed news about Li s.h.i.+ Ying to Long Ao Zhen regulary.

After given instruction, the shadow guard named Shou, bowed down and cupped his hand in response as he quickly disappear from the cave.
