Shun just ignored his younger uncle but grinning. They immediately went to the room where he takes his medication and recovery.

He was taken a lot of blood test first to check them what changes he has on this pa.s.sing three months. The result will then base his medication.

"Alright, while we are waiting for all the results, I will review your reports," Derek told him.

He picks up the Black Book where Shun writing down most of his activities like: how many times and volume of alcohol he drank, how long and if daily exercises he does, etc…

At the moment, the medical equipment now connected to Shun's body. While Derek is almost done reading his records, Shun occupies himself watching the monitor nearby him because he could feel Derek's gazes. He knew, he read that part of his own reports.

"Can you stop looking at me that way?" He said.

"Why you haven't told me right away?!"

"What!?" Shun looked at Derek with big eyes. Does he need to announce his s.e.x life?

"Of course it's necessary! This is another record!" Derek blurted out.

Shun was dumbfounded. "Even that thing?" He can't believe it.

"Absolutely! This is another breakthrough, you know that?"

Shun still in shocked, then let Derek explained more.

"We need the records if could still have the capability to have kids while taking this kind of medicine that kills all the abnormalities producing by your body. Am not saying this to get a huge achievement, but our purpose is to get as much of records for our future generations." Derek stated seriously.

Having kids… truly he did dream and prayed to have a family with Ca.s.sandra, but having kids this time around?

He still considered to let Ca.s.sandra have a normal teenage life even of the stage on their relations.h.i.+p now. But then, could he really produce kids when he was still doing a high dosage of medication?

Somehow, it excites him to imagine having little versions of them running around his mansion and make things a mess because of their silliness.

Derek pats his shoulder. Shun felt hope and prays harder to make it possible.

After Derek got to see the results of his tests, he began the procedure of his medication... he inserted the tubes to the part that a way of the medicine to flows inside his blood vessels to kill the abnormalities inside his body. The medication is painful. It kills him. Like he was dying slowly.

Shun closes his eyes. All he wants to think right now is Ca.s.sandra and their life ahead.

Meanwhile, back at Shun's mansion, Ca.s.sandra awakens because she was disturbed by that dream again. It's been a while since she got to dream about it.

She does wondering if when that happens? And who is that guy? He seems familiar but his face, she hardly could see clearly.

Her head was aching again. It's been a month since the last time she takes her medicine. Her aunt Lydia who often purchases them, so she doesn't know how to get them without telling everyone, especially letting Shun know.

Her uncle did manage for her to get regular check-ups and medication without recording them in the hospital. Probably he paid Doctor Carol to do it.

In the middle of her thought, her phone received a message, it was Levi.

Levi: Good morning, Ca.s.sie. I know Shun was away for a business trip so I am texting this early.

Ca.s.sie: Morning Levi. Yes, he was.

Levi: I am glad he is away. We have the chances to talk.

Ca.s.sie: Okay.

Levi: I have your medicines. Doctor Carol gave them to me because she wasn't contacted by your aunt. Somehow, I don't know to give it to you. He doesn't know, isn't it?

Ca.s.sie: Yes.

Levi: Doctor Carol is worried. Lydia hasn't brought you again to Paris for your yearly check-ups. Does your head hadn't bothered you?

Ca.s.sie: Just recently after two weeks I stop taking them.

Levi: I'll find a way how to give you the medicine. Am trying to take you with me back to Paris but President Crow would kill me first before that to happen. I lost to our agreement. I was intimidated by him.

Ca.s.sie: Don't worry, I am taking some pain relievers from Shun's Doctor when I got a little injury in the head when I sneak out.

Levi: How about if you should get a checkup today? I'll pick you up then explain to that doctor?

Ca.s.sie: No. It's okay. When Shun told me we were going to Paris by summer, I decided to stay. I will get a chance to see Doctor Carol soon.

Levi: But that would be still a long time to wait. Your health cannot wait.

Ca.s.sie: I'm fine. Don't worry.

Levi: Alright, I don't like this but for the time being, take these medicines. But above all, you should tell him about it also.

Ca.s.sie: I'll think about it.

After this, Ca.s.sie deleted the conversation and put down the phone. She opens the bedside table and takes out some medicine Doctor Ben Ryan prescribes her. It has a pain reliever, this is helpful for her.

Levi told her that Pete is bringing them now to the gate of the Estate Residency, so Ca.s.sie asked brother Daichi to meet Mr. Pete and get her birthday gifts from her friends in Paris.
