We have to pay her out fifty percent of the value of the apartment, after we deal with the debt. The worst case scenario, for us given the buyer we have lined up is we miss out on about seven hundred thousand dollars. We will still clear over tow and a half million, which is enough to buy the property we want, without a cost to us. Look at the big picture."

"My guess would be Hou Yi, but apparently his plane left the country Friday night and only returned this morning. All our spies at Hou Enterprises are quite as to where he went. However, Friday there is that reception that everyone has been invited to. It may be petty, but I intend to make his life miserable there, so it he had anything to do with it, I can have some measure of revenge on him, until I can figure out what I will do further."
