Serendipity - A Chance Encounter 169 Back Off While I'm Still Being Nice!

Daniel just kissed Samantha in front of her gaping ex-boyfriends and yet after breaking that kiss, all she could think of was why it was very brief. She had already forgotten that they weren't alone and that two jealous men were there in front of them as witnesses of their fluffiness.

How did Daniel even know when to arrive? He sure has the best timing.

Meanwhile, the two pitiful men at the side couldn't believe the nerve that Daniel had. He surely knows that they were Samantha's exes yet he deliberately kissed her in front of them. He was obviously gloating, taking in pleasure after their miserable situation.

Although Nathan already knew about their relations.h.i.+p, he wasn't going to just accept and enjoy their public display of affection. So when Daniel kissed Samantha, as if by nature, his gaze averted instantly. His heart tightened by the thought of the two kissing beside him. But it wasn't like there was something that he could do, was there?

On the other hand, Andrew looked like he was about to explode. At first, he was just stunned by his arrival but when he saw the kiss, he clenched his teeth so hard that it seemed like it was about to crack. His hand balled, forming a fist and it took him so much restraint not to punch Daniel's face and remove him away from her.

Finally getting her senses back, Samantha looked up at the handsome man in front of her, "What are you doing here? I thought that I was going to meet you in your office?", she asked, still puzzled by how her man suddenly appeared like a modern king in his dazzling suit.

Lovingly, Daniel brushed loose hair away from her face and tucked it behind her ear, "I just came back from a meeting a few blocks away, figured that I should just fetch you since we're going home together anyway.", he spoke, emphasizing the word 'home' a little more.

Nathan and Andrew caught on to that one word and both of them froze, but the first one to react was of course, Andrew.

"What? Did you mean… Do you guys live together?", he asked, his voice sounded like he couldn't believe it.

On the other hand, Nathan was also waiting for their answer. Despite being friends with Samantha's brother, Seo Joon never told him because his sister wanted to keep the information just within their families; like the need to know basis only. 'So their relations.h.i.+p progressed this much, huh?'

Daniel and Samantha turned their head towards Andrew at the same time, and like a proud man, he questioned arrogantly, "Mr. Park, I didn't know that you were so interested in our lives. Are you that bored?"

Andrew didn't like how overbearing Daniel's presence was and he didn't want to admit the fact that he was actually intimidated by him. "I wasn't talking to you.", he snarked before facing Samantha again, "Answer me, are you guys living together?"

Samantha thought that Andrew's reaction was comical. She scoffed, "I don't think that is any of your business whether I live with someone or not, Mr. Park."

Nathan also started to question why Andrew Park was acting like that. He sounded very jealous… he can't be… he looked at Samantha and then back to Andrew. There was an indescribable feeling in his gut telling him that his ex-girlfriend was romantically connected with the man. How and why was everyone going after Samantha? The woman that until now, he still has feelings for.

"Well as your ex-boyfriend, don't I at least have the right to know?", Andrew said as-matter-of-factly.

And he just confirmed Nathan's suspicions too. 'So they really did date. But when? Was it after I left?', he pondered upon questions after questions in his head. He already had it tough knowing that Samantha was dating Daniel Cho and now he just learned another thing, she dated this p.r.i.c.k in front of him after they broke up.

Daniel wanted to intervene but Samantha didn't let him.

Crossing her arms, Samantha responded, "And you're right! You're an ex! You and I have already broken up a long time ago, so what right do you have?"

"And who agreed to that? We didn't break up, Samantha. You just disappeared and avoided me! So technically, you and I should still be together!", he insisted.

Samantha laughed, "You and I have long been over the moment that you attempted to force yourself on me.", she no longer held back and the moment that she said that, she noticed Daniel tense beside her as she felt his hand tightened his hold on her waist a little.

As soon as Nathan heard Samantha, his eyes widened in shock, "This b.a.s.t.a.r.d forced himself on you? He dared to touch you?", he enraged.

Andrew felt ashamed for what he did but hearing Nathan's questions, his temper rose even higher, "Who is this guy?! Is he one of your exes too?!"

Samantha wanted it to be over but this man was just too much, so to spite him, she fired back, "Yes! He is! But no matter how much you try, you will always be less of a man than him!"

Andrew was definitely taken aback by what she had just said. Not only did she admit that Nathan was her ex but also that even though they were both her exes, his worth as a man was lower than Nathan's.

Andrew furrowed his brows, "What did you say?"

Daniel finally broke his silence and instinctively put himself in front of Samantha. With a low and dangerous voice, he spoke, "Mr. Park, I suggest that you back off while I'm still being nice!"
