"However what?" Hi hissed.

"Qiang?" Li Qiang instantly opened his eyes and jolted up when he heard w.a.n.g Ruo's sweet voice. He saw w.a.n.g Ruo standing at the door, sweetly smiling towards him."I didn't know that you were asleep. I'm sorry to disturb you."

"Oh no... I was just thinking. Come..." he gestured w.a.n.g Ruo to come sit across his desk. "Are you done with your painting?"

"Mostly." w.a.n.g Ruo answered as she lowered her head. "I... I wanted to meet our daughter." she declared after she took her seat.

Her words instantly surprised Li Qiang.

"I mean... It's been a while since I woke up and I... I haven't met her yet... So I... If it's not okay... then I... I understand." w.a.n.g Ruo's voice started to break, her gaze still lower.

After Jiang Yue and Fu Jin went to the police station for Fu Jin's statement, the duo then went to the Fu Conglomerate to concentrate on Fu Xiaolan's matter.

In spite of the sudden disturbance, Jiang Yue did not leave her gaze towards Fu Jin, making the latter uncomfortable. "I will tell you later. I promise." Fu Jin said before he turned towards w.a.n.g Minghua. "What happen?"

"I just got the call. The police said she killed herself." w.a.n.g Minghua answered, ignoring the unusual atmosphere between Jiang Yu and Fu Jin,

"So someone wanted to silence her." Fu Jin stated. There is no way that Zhang Liyin would commit suicide.

"How about Fu Xiaolan? Did you find her?" w.a.n.g Minghua asked.

In response, Fu Jin shook his head.

"Bei Ye found at least three flights under her name. All of which depart without her." Jiang Yue said. "She already planned to leave even before she met me."

"Do you think she..."

"No. I don't think she killed her mother." Fu Jin interrupted w.a.n.g Minghua. "She arranged this so her parents could suffer. She would not want to kill her now. That's too easy."

"I agree. Someone must have wanted to avoid any further complications." Jiang Yue added. This time she is sure that Fu Xiaolan was telling the truth. Someone else was behind this.

This was followed by Fu Xiaolan's accusations towards Fu Jin and the Fu Conglomerate's statement. Then there was the discovery that Fu Honglie was alive and was kept by his own son so she could torture him.

Of course, the highlight would be Jiang Yue's meeting with Fu Xiaolan which led to the rescue of Fu Honglie who was still in a coma. Then Zhang Liyin went to the police to confess, and Fu Xiaolan decided to leave the county. And now Zhang Liyin's death.

Fu Xiaolan's words continued to echo inside Jiang Yue's mind as her eyes suddenly widened. Eureka, she thought.

She believed she just found out the true purpose of the person behind all this.
