It has been more than 30 minutes since Jiang Mian's birthday celebration started and not even a shadow of Jiang Yue's hair can be seen.

Somehow, Jiang Mian and Lu s.h.i.+ are feeling nervous. They already prepared everything; how can Jiang Yue not attend this party?

"Hmp. Still so arrogant after all. She thinks she is above everyone else! So what if she is a little smart?" Lu Qian grumbled. Although Lu Qian is not aware of Jiang Mian and Lu s.h.i.+'s plan she is still waiting for Jiang Yue to show.

Jiang Mian's party may not be as grand as Jiang Yue's but there are also important guests in this party.

"Shhh... lower down your voice." Jiang Mian immediately chastised her cousin.

Today, Jiang Mian is wearing the eight million dress that Lu s.h.i.+ wanted. It is a red beaded A-Line gown made of ivory silk with a silver embroidered waistband.

It is her day. So, it is only reasonable for her to wear the most beautiful dress at the party. After all, this is her time to s.h.i.+ne.

"Everyone, this is my lovely daughter. She is celebrating her birthday tonight." Jiang Chanming proudly said, his eyes flas.h.i.+ng from joy. He is in fact very proud of Jiang Mian's accomplishments.

The atmosphere immediately turned cold after the comment of the old lady.

"Eh... Mrs. Johnson. What accomplishments are you talking about? I never knew that Miss Jiang studied abroad" Another investor inquired. He is not from outside of the country so he is quite familiar with the Jiang Family.

"Oh. Miss Jiang right here is an accomplished poet abroad. I believe she went to one of the top university abroad. My grandson used to be her schoolmate. She is so young and talented. Too bad I didn't have the opportunity to meet her when I visited her school. Now I feel so lucky to attend her birthday. She is not only a talent but also a beauty!" Mrs. Johnson explained as her eyes beamed with happiness.

She already heard of Miss Jiang's name before. She even thought of having a marriage alliance to this young lady. After all she is acquainted with Jiang Yue's father.

Now, that she had the opportunity to face her, she will not waste this opportunity.

"Wow! That is impressive! I didn't know you have such a talented and beautiful daughter Mr. Jiang!"Another investor joined the conversation.
