All 32 shards were given to the three girls. Of the three, Hua Mulan had the most, Sylphy had enough, and Nina, only a little. Nina was a healer and was already the strongest in terms of tier and levels when compared to the two. Hence, it was only logical to let others take more of the shards.

“My dear, we will take some time to absorb the powers from the essence shards. Although it pains me to say, neither of us would have time to be with you, for a while…” said Sylphy.

“It’s fine. You’re only going to be gone for a while. We will meet each other again after you have absorbed the power that is in the shards,” said Jiang Fei.

“That’s right! Don’t pretend to be sad!” Isabella muttered under her breath.

“My lord. Please take care,” said Hua Mulan before she left Jiang Fei. She had the most shards in her possession and would take the longest time to absorb all of them. The faster she could finish, the quicker she could return to Jiang Fei’s side.

“I’ll take my leave now. My thoughts will only be of you,” said Nina as she too, left Jiang Fei.

“My dearest, I will be back as soon as I can,” said Sylphy as she leaned in and kissed Jiang Fei on the lips.

“Hmph! Be off with you!” cried Isabella. Although Isabella and Sylphy were no longer at each other’s throats, Isabella was still not fond of her.

“Sister Bella…” Ariel came in and tugged Isabella’s sleeves, reminding her to be nice.

“Urgh… Fine… I’ll play nice,” said Isabella as she turned to Jiang Fei.

“So, where to next?”

Hua Mulan, Nina, and Sylphy were all gone to absorb the shards’ power, leaving Ariel and Isabella alone with Jiang Fei.

“Wherever you want,” said Jiang Fei as he pulled Isabella to his side. Isabella blushed immediately and averted her gaze.

“W-we can go sightseeing…”

“As you wish, my lady,” said Jiang Fei as he summoned the Skygliding Dragon.

There was literally nothing going on in his mind then. The upcoming event would be the Professional Player Compet.i.tion that was starting soon. Once it starts, his mission to collect all the Treasure Cauldrons will start.

For the entire week, Jiang Fei had basically repeated the same activities. In the morning, he would be with his family and Si Tuying. In the night, he would be in the game, accompanying Ariel and Isabella to go around the map.

Time flies. Just when he was having the time of his life, reality kicked in when Jiang Fei received a call from Han Tianyu.

“Fei, come to my office whenever you can.”

Han Tianyu would not call Jiang Fei without a problem and when he does, something must have happened.

“I’ll be there,” said Jiang Fei. He then told Si Tuying and his parents about visiting a friend and left for Han Tianyu’s office.

“Please inform Brother Yu that I am here to meet him,” said Jiang Fei to the secretary sitting at the entrance of Han Tianyu’s office.

At first, she was surprised to see Jiang Fei talking to her but later, she thought that the boy became smart and mature enough to ask for permission before entering Han Tianyu’s office. Her guess was almost on point. Jiang Fei was almost caught by his father while he was having a romantic moment with Si Tuying. That lesson had made him realize just how intrusive he was to Han Tianyu when he barged into his room without first announcing his presence.

The secretary nodded and smiled. She then picked up the phone to inform Han Tianyu about Jiang Fei and allowed Jiang Fei to enter once she had obtained permission from Han Tianyu.

“Yo! What’s going on with you? Who the f*ck are you and what did you do with Jiang Fei!” cried Han Tianyu jokingly as he welcomed Jiang Fei into his office. Naturally, it came as a surprise that Jiang Fei would even tell the secretary to ask for his permission first.

“Bah. Enough joke. What’s going on?” said Jiang Fei.

“Alright. This is serious. The other guys on the other side of the world have made their move. Here is a list of the second wave of attackers. This one here is a list of members that would be within your group,” said Han Tianyu as he handed over a piece of paper.

“Wow. You guys are actually efficient when it comes to work,” said Jiang Fei as he looked through the list.

“There are 6 Level 6 attackers that will be killing the guardian beast of j.a.pan. The chances of failing would be infinitely low hence the second wave of attack will start very soon,” said Han Tianyu as he suddenly chuckled.

“Huh? What the h.e.l.l? Are you playing with me?” Jiang Fei roared after he had seen the member’s list.

“Hey, it’s not my idea!” said Han Tianyu as he lifts his hands up.

“Am I leading an attack or talking the girls for a vacation?” said Jiang Fei as he frowned furiously.

The list had a total of 7 names. All of them were strong as the weakest one was the Pinnacle Stage of Level 3. The reason why Jiang Fei would be so angry was the fact that the list contained the names of female members. None of them was a man. The worse of all, all the girls were so young!

“Come on now, you got to understand that the sects would not let you go,” said Han Tianyu as he continued to chuckle at Jiang Fei’s misfortune.

To let Jiang Fei lead a team of fighters was a rare chance indeed for the sects. Hence, to take the opportunity to reel Jiang Fei to their side, almost every sect had dispatched their youngest or prettiest girls into Jiang Fei’s team.

The list that Jiang Fei was holding then was already updated. If he had seen the initial draft, he would have just given up on attacking with the alliance and go on his own. The initial draft had contained a total of 45 all female members. There were even 10-year-old young girls and even a Beginning Stage of Level 2! If Jiang Fei was forced to lead the 45 members to j.a.pan, it would not be an attack squad but a merry little vacation group to see the blooming sakura flowers.

However, someone in the ranks voiced out his opinion that the list was too much for Jiang Fei. Hence, after careful selections, only seven remained in the list. All of them were so beautiful that they could be the next top Miss Universe.

Once the final list was drafted, there would not be any more changes even if Jiang Fei had something to say. The seven girls that were on the list were strong. Together, they were even stronger than any other male-lead attack squad. To be frank, it was for Jiang Fei’s own sake. Even though he was leading the fight, he needed fighters that had experience in fighting. While arranging fighters with adequate fighting experience was according to plan, their genders were complete, 110% “coincidence”.

“Can’t you do anything?” said Jiang Fei as he got up from the sofa and sat down in front of Han Tianyu.

“Well… technically, there one way out of this. Just tell them that you’re not going to fight the j.a.panese!” said Han Tianyu as he shrugged.

“Urgh! You know I can’t do that! ARGH! Screw those old nasty farts!” Jiang Fei roared. He had to be on the battlefield to stop anyone from the Mutant Brotherhood from getting their hands on the Bio-Human experimental data.

Jiang Fei had thought of going by himself. However, he needed support from the alliances. Alone, he would have a hard time searching for their secret hideout!

In order to destroy anything related to Bio-Human experiments, he needed the help of the alliance. Once he had the information to their hideout, he could fly straight there and destroy the place before anyone could get their hands on the data.

“Oh well. Baby steps… Baby… steps…” said Jiang Fei.

“That’s great. Take this file and examine them. Remember to read this to prepare yourself!” said Han Tianyu as he pulled out another folder and handed it to Jiang Fei.
