"Stacy! Wait!" Johnny tried to catch up. He held her left arm, "Stop running away will you?!"

Stacy paused and turned around.

"You! how did you find me?" Stacy was perplexed. If he found her then it is possible that the Williams knew where she is right now. No! she's d.a.m.ned.

"It's a long story and I need to talk to you." Johnny explained.

"No! I need to go away. I need to leave this place. You found me, then the Williams must have found me as well!"

"Hey, don't worry, they won't know you're here." He a.s.sured her.

"What do you mean?"

"Do you really think you could hide from the Williams? Wherever you are, they will definitely find you. you can never hide from them."

"That's why I need to leave as soon as possible!"

"You don't have to do that. Someone is covering for you back home."

Stacy jolted in realization. Ah yes, right. they are in the middle of the road. Stacy and Johnny stride to where her car parked then drove to north park restaurant. They settled in a corner after they ordered some dish.

"So tell me, what exactly is happening?" Stacy started, "What did you mean when you say someone is covering for me?"

"Didn't your father informed you?"

"No. He never told me anything. He only told me to take my time and that I don't need to rush back home. I never plan to go back home either."

"You don't have to go home at all. Remember what we planned few years ago? We can do that now! we're finally free to be together!" Johnny was a bit excited.

"Are you crazy? Do you want them to find out about you? do you want to die?! They'll kill you!"

"Don't worry about that. They can never touch me."

"No. If Ethan finds out about you; he will definitely harm you. I already prepared myself for the possible consequences that's why I am trying to enjoy the rest of my days. I know that it won't be long that he'll find me, but I can't risk your security!" She lowered her head.

"That will never happen. Trust me." Johnny sat beside her as he touches her hands. "Stacy, let's live our days just as how we planned a few years ago."

"B-but Ethan ----'' Stacy didn't finish her statement since Johnny captured her lips. Oh, just when was the last time that she had this pa.s.sionate kiss with Johnny. How she misses him so much.

Well it's true that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with the man whom she truly loves. But how did she end up marrying Ethan? "But still, I can't." her voice is a bit disturbing. Johnny raised a brow.

"What do you mean?" Johnny is now upset. He doesn't understand why she still refuse.

"Stacy, if you are still thinking about Ethan, then I'm telling you don't have to worry because someone already took your place!"

Stacy immediately turn her head to him. Her face is full of question.

"Someone already took my place? Did I hear you correct?"

Johnny gulped.

"Johnny! Tell me the truth now." she became demanding all of a sudden.

"You heard it all correct. Someone had taken your place in Ethan's life. She's been pretending to be you for months now."

Stacy laughed mockingly. What the h.e.l.l? Is he serious?

"Was that a joke?!" she's still laughing, "How could someone pretend to be me unless that person looks like me?! Did that guy found a person who looks like me?" her reaction was outrageous.

After a few minutes, she looked at Johnny who was staring at her seriously. Wait! Was he serious?

"Wait, aren't you kidding?"

Johnny shook his head. Stacy's eyes widened when she realized something.

"Wait, don't tell me ----'' Stacy was hoping not to hear what she has in mind.

"Unfortunately, you're right." Johnny confirmed her thoughts.

"Are you telling me that my twin sister is in my place? Pretending to be me?"

"Yes, that's right." he dejectedly answered her queries.

"No!" Stacy miserably stooped down, "How did my sister ended up there?"

They must have threatened her twin sister just so she could agree to live her life. That man! Stacy balled her fists.

"H-How's my sister?" she suddenly asked Johnny after a few minutes of calming herself.

"She really looks like you but your personality is very opposite." Johnny chuckled.

"What do you mean?"

"Stacy, if you are worried about your sister then I'm telling you it's not necessary. Your very opposite. I must say that she's totally cool. She can manage herself." Johnny affirmed.

"Really? Tell me more about her, please." Stacy was a bit excited, "Do you think she missed me too?"

"She does. She misses you just as how you miss her. the truth is, she was the one who ask me to look for you."

"Really?" her eyes sparkled with joy.

"Yes. when I saw her, I was indeed convinced that it was you but when I finally approached her, she's a bit strange. She even beat me and threatened me not to approach her anymore." he controllably laughed when he remembered how that woman beat him.

"You know what, I think she's a gangster. She's really good at fighting, did you know that?" he joked.

"Hey, watch your mouth. you're talking about my sister." she defended, "Johnny, you said that it was her who asked you to look for me, right? how did she knew about my location?"

"I'm not sure. But as far as I remember, she told me that she overheard Robert and that strange man. Also, she was doubting the validity of the reason that Robert told her about your sudden disappearance."

"What did they tell her?"

"They told her that you are in a comma and that you are being treated in Paris. I didn't believe that either."

"How dare them! How could they involve my sister in this?! If that's the case, then I need to go back to Oregon! I need to save my sister!"

"Stacy! Don't go back ---''

"No, I have to. And also, I really want to see her before it's too late." Johnny was able to see the sudden change of her mood.

"What do you mean?"

"Johnny, the truth is, I don't have much time. That's why I am trying to live a happy life as long as I can."

"Stacy… We can do that together…"

"Johnny, you don't understand! I, I am sick, very sick and that I only have a few months to live!" she lowered her head as tears escape her eyes.

"I have leukemia Johnny." She started to break down, "That's why I can't be with you for a long time. The doctors told me that I only have a few months to live that's why I left Oregon without telling you."
"No!" Johnny bellowed. "Isn't there a cure for it?"

"Unfortunately, there isn't a way anymore. It's long gone." Bitterness engulfed Stacy's heart as tears flow freely from her eyes.
