"E-Ethan! I- I thought you will be staying in Paris for 2 weeks? Why didn't you tell me that you're going home earlier than expected?'' Aisha was astounded when Ethan came inside the room. He's supposed to come home by Wednesday.

"Am I not allowed to decide how long my business trip will take?" He icily answered. She smiled weakly. She was actually happy to know that he already came back. She doesn't know but she kinda miss him. just the sight of him makes her happy although He never laid his eyes on her. She didn't know why; guess he hates her that much. But she decided to win him over again, for her sister? Yes, it should be for the sake of her sister.

"I, I am actually happy to see you." She mumbled, "I'll just prepare your shower," she hastily run inside the bathroom. After that she called him in.

"Ethan? What do you want to eat, I'll prepare something for you." she yelled.

"Anything" he lazily answered. Aisha went directly to the kitchen and prepared a sweet and spicy roasted chicken with sweet mashed potato. The house chef once told her that Ethan mostly eats any kind of dish made out of chicken.

When Aisha went in, Ethan already changed into his trunks --- "again?" She muttered. She placed the food tray beside Ethan and motioned him to eat. He looked at her surprisingly.

"Since when did you learn how to cook?" he mocked her. "Are you sure this is edible? You're not planning to kill me; I hope" He doubted her. Aisha let out a crispy laugh that echoed in the room.

"How would I dare to kill the most handsome man in the country?" she joked.

"'Then you should eat with me then," he taunted her.

"B-but I already ate earlier," she pouted. Ethan creased a brow as if judging her.

"Yah!" she stomped her foot in dismay. "Why are you doubting me!? Why should I try to kill my husband? Am I that insane in your eyes?! She yelled. Ethan was not convinced at all. He just watches her while his arms crossed.

"Fine! I'll eat with you! Oh no! I will eat everything, just watch and don't you dare eat my roasted chicken!" Aisha sat opposite him with an irritated face. She took the chicken wings and started biting it. She keeps eating, still upset. Ethan just watch her in awe.

"What?!" she looked at him, "Why are you not eating anything,huh?! You're still doubting me? Fine! Then you should starve.! Oh no, that's not fair, you should take a bite so we will die together! She eyed him frustratingly.

"You already ate half of the chicken, are you sure you're going to finish all of that?" he really wanted to laugh while watching her upset face, but he tries to mask it with his sarcasm.

"YES, I WILL! I will die from poison anyway, so why not consume everything while it tastes delicious!" she's yelling with her mouth full.

"Just give me that you d.a.m.n woman, you'll get sick in no time! "Ethan tried to pull the tray away from her but she held it tight.

"Why do you even care!" She shouted. " If I get sick then that'll be fine! It's even better if I die quickly since that makes you happy! I RATHER DIE SINCE YOU HATE ME ANYWAY!"

"Will you stop spewing nonsense words and give me the d.a.m.n tray!" Ethan got suddenly upset. "Do you think dying is a joke?!

"Who do you think started that nonsense?!" she released the tray. Ethan saw the tears that started to build up in her eyes but she looked away while pursing her lips. "Is it that hard to trust your wife?" she pouted. She's about to say something but Ethan cut him off by capturing her lips. Her eyes widened.

"D-did he kissed me? no! he is kissing me!" Aisha was so shocked and her mind was in jumble. She cannot think straight. She froze.

"Would that be enough as a compensation?" Ethan suddenly spoke when he released her lips. He didn't hear any response. Aisha froze, she's not even blinking. She looks like a girl character in an anime movie who was just kissed by her ultimate crush for the first time.

"tsk! will you stop acting as if it was your first kiss!'' Ethan wake her in her daze.

"B-but that was my first kiss!" she muttered silently. She doesn't know what to feel. She feels like killing him and at the same time kissing him again. She finally glared at him.

"Then don't eat if you don't want!" she took the food tray in Ethan's hands and she stride to the kitchen.

Ethan was perplexed by her sudden action. But he shrugged it away.

Aisha was in the kitchen when Caleb suddenly called.

"Why are you calling me at this late hour?!" she yelled.

"Oops! seems like someone made you upset this late hour, huh? Where you dump by someone?" Caleb let out a mocking laugh.

"Shut up! Just tell me why'd you call?" she calmly asked.

"Aisha, I got a report that someone knew where you are right now. though I'm not sure if they knew your exact location. Sis, you are in danger so you better come back here so we can fully protect you!" Caleb was worried sick for Aisha's safety.

"Caleb I can't! you know that right? I need to stay here until my twin sister gets better. I need to protect her and her family. You understand my situation right?" She explained.

"Aisha, I understand, I totally do. but If your enemies found out, they're lives will be in danger as well!"

"they won't know. n.o.body knew about my real ident.i.ty. No one even know that we are identical twins. As long as they won't discover it, I'll be safe. Don't worry, I'll make sure to watch my back. I will protect them with my life as well."

"Okay. I won't be able to persuade you anyway. Just be careful. And let me know if you need me there, okay?"

"Yes. thanks." When the call ended, Aisha punch the kitchen's wall in frustration but she didn't notice the shadow hiding in a corner who heard their full conversation.
